It was the end of a decade...

Hi Taylor!!

Just wanted to jump on here and thank you x13 million times for being there for me the past decade. Last week I realized that going to Jingle Ball meant seeing your last show of the decade (wtf!) and then I realized I started this decade seeing you at Fearless in 2010 and got so 🥺🥺🥺. Since then I've been doing some reflecting on this past decade...and I’m just so grateful and thankful that I’ve had you in my life for it all. Over the past decade I got into my dream college (after staying home at a community college for two years), moved to NYC from Detroit, landed my DREAM INTERNSHIP only a few weeks into living in NYC (man you gotta hear how I made that happen), graduated college, switched to the career field I wanted to be in, had a few breakups (best friends and boyfriends)...and you've been here with me...for it all. You've held my hand through my lowest lows, have cheered me on during my highest highs, comforted me during all of my end of the worlds (spoiler: we survived them ALL), and helped make my magical 'life feels fake right now' moments even more magical. You've never not been there for me and I just want you to know I'll never not be there for you...I stay (forever and ever and ever). I’m so thankful I’ve gotten to grow up with you by my side and hope to get the chance to hug you in person one day.

At the beginning of this year I remember seriously debating leaving NYC and thought how sad it was going to be leaving here after 8+ years without ever seeing you live in the city that made me me because you’re such a big part of me. Due to circumstances beyond my plans I didn’t end up leaving NYC and due to circumstances of a lot luck and pure magic...I got to see you in NYC not just once or even twice this year...but three times, in three unique ways. In a small intimate venue for prime day (basically performing with you inside the stage), in Central Park during release week, and on your birthday at MSG. My subway commute feels different today...in the most magical memory flashback kinda way. I’m so thankful and so grateful for these new memories, planted all around my city. I lover you and these moments so much 💛
