PARK SUNGHO
i picture him as the type to do acts of service
like to always save a snack for when you have a tight schedule
he also carries painkillers or throat lozenges
i think he would prefer more soft, intimate kisses
where you break the kiss to look into each other's eyes and then go back at it
he gets all giggly and blushy when you flirt with him
i'm talking full shivers, weak in the knees
after a few hours of dance practice, you are practically drenched in sweat.
all of you walk over to sit down, dongmin practically throwing himself at woonhak despite the heat.
"hyung, get off me!" said boy tried to wiggle his way out.
sungho quickly walks over to you while you laugh at them.
"hey," he hands over a towel. "your footwork was great."
you took the towel from him. "thanks, baby. you did good too." you smiled at him, maintaining eye contact as you dry up the sweat beads rolling down your neck.
and if you notice his eyes drifting down and his flushed face, not exactly from training, you don't mention it.
he would adore you if you watched soccer games with him
if you're filming for "what? door!" and you have to play a game and you don't pair with him, he would do his little jumping backwards tantrum
the type to do weird stuff to make you laugh
like when he showed off his foot
but also be emotionally available, and there to listen when you have a bad day
his favorite place to sleep is probably in your lap, you play with his hair and that calms him down
also, if you put hair clips or stuff like that, be sure he'll do a whole photoshoot to show them off
the soft autumn breeze picked up leaves in its trace, the sun casting shadows from the treetop, under which sungho lay.
his head rested in your lap, eyes closed in bliss at your fingers running through his hair.
he's usually under a lot of stress, so seeing him so calm was a nice change of pace.
"...sun" once you stopped your petting ministrations, he opened his eyes.
"mmh"
"can i braid your hair?" you murmured, already dividing it into uneven sections.
he blinked while his brain tried to catch up.
"you're doing it anyway." he let out an airy chuckle, his eyes squinting in that cute way of his.
"mhm."
he just stared at you, at the way the tip of your tongue peeked out, concentration evident on your face.
he liked to see you content, even if you weren't exactly sure what you were doing.
a smile crept onto his face. "i love you, [name]."
you paused, some strands slipping loose in your grip.
no matter how many times the words left his mouth, you'd never get used to it—the flutter in your chest or the love that filled your heart, even when he was just existing.
you brushed a finger along his cheek, completely lost in him. "i love you, sun."
ijbol syndrom
he laughs at the stupidest things you do
he's so so pretty and you constantly compliment him for it
oh and if he wears crop tops, your hands will be on his tiny waist, the whole time
your malewife
MYUNG JAEHYUN
he's clingy and flirty asf
he always has to be touching you
whether it's holding your hand or interlocking arms
onedoors not really suspect of your relation since he's whipped for all his members
so he uses that for his advantage. always trying to kiss you and being extra clingy with you
he's insanely puppy coded
so he gives you those eyes whenever he wants something from you
after a long photoshoot for a collab, you were lounging in the couch, scrolling through your phone.
the sound of the bathroom door opening was barely heard.
"oh, you're back." jaehyun shuffled closer to you. damp hair dripping on the loose shirt—which seemed pretty similar to the one you'd lost a few days ago—hanging over his frame. a towel rested around his neck as he dried his hair.
you glanced up, his face immediately brightened at the sight of you.
"hey jae," you mumbled tiredly. "how was your day?"
he walked behind you, rubbing your shoulders to ease the tension.
"good, missed you tho." the pout in his face was notorious in his voice too. "maybe we could go for dinner?" he grabbed your chin, tilting your face up.
you leaned your head back, his face upside down was adorable.
"don't know, love." you gave a long exhale. "'m kinda tired."
his bottom lip jutted out further, "pleasee..." he gave you those big, round eyes. ones he knew you wouldn't be able to resist.
you shut your eyes, already giving up. "those damn puppy eyes." you grunted. "...fine, dinner it is."
jaehyun laughed, kissing all over your face in gratitude.
we know he loves to tease and make you flustered
oh but if you do it back
he gets so shy and hides his face beneath his clothes
the type to switch between soft pecks and messy makeouts
loves when you grab him by the waist and pull him toward you, or when you do it to move him out the way
"how could you do it?" jaehyun had his arms crossed, head off to the side, refusing to look at you.
"jae, i'm sorry. i didn't know it was yours..."
yesterday, riwoo had bought a box of chocolate brownies for all of you.
what you didn’t know, was that jae called dibs on the last one. in your defense, nobody was in the dorm, so you thought it'd be okay.
guess not.
"i hate you."
"no, you don't."
"i do." he just side eyed you, even if a smile threatened to break out at your pity face.
you inched closer, circling his waist and pushing him flush against you. he yelped at the sudden movement, finally looking at you.
his lips parted and his eyes shifted back and forth between yours.
"you don't. let me make it up to you, okay?"
you leaned down to peck his lips.
"...fine. but i'm still mad." he said, fighting back a smile.
he'd be so attentive, always listening and offering advice when you need it
but also he'd be closed off about his feelings cause he doesn't want to burden you
also, sometimes he can get a bit insecure about his image and could even start trying out new diets
it's important you snap him out of it and reassure him that he's perfect as is.
his favorite is when you kiss the doubts away, caressing whatever he's feeling down about
LEE RIWOO
he notices things
what you like to eat, what you don't, your favorite music
and it shows through his actions
when you share headphones, your favorite songs play from his playlist
he's the type to fix your clothes or makeup without a word
he cares, a lot. even if he doesn't always outright say it
would completely melt if you slow danced
the city was asleep, embraced by the warm mantle of morpheus—a state you were envious of.
sleep never came easy to neither of you—minds that never seemed to quiet down, far too immersed in the expectations weighing down on your shoulders.
but right now, riwoo's brain had shut off, granted by the comfort being in your arms gave him.
the gentle sway of bodies to the tune of an 80's song. one arm wrapped around his waist, the other holding his head against your chest, while your chin rested atop his.
moments of peace like this were rare. you both loved being idols. but being able to let your guard down—to not have to entertain—was a feeling only being alone with him could give you.
big boba eyes
you find his fangs soo cute, so you love to make him smile
like sungho, i see him on the more slow kisser side
he'd like to take his time, to be one with you
lovesloves sweets, so he especially loves you
the smell of freshly baked goods filled the air.
riwoo was sitting down in the kitchen counter, with you standing between his legs. the buttery flavor of a donut enveloping your tastebuds.
"this is sho good" your eyes were shut, one hand covering your mouth while you talked.
riwoo giggled, nodding his head. a new bakery downtown had just opened and it quickly became his favorite. they had sweet, delicious treats, and every new thing added on the menu was better than the last.
"woo, you have jelly on your lips." you pointed at your own face to show him the spot.
he licked his lips, trying to clean it off to no avail.
"is it gone?"
you chuckled. "here, let me." you wiped his lip with your thumb, cleaning off the jelly.
"there." you brought your thumb to your mouth and licked it slowly, not breaking eye contact.
riwoo felt his face getting warm, so he tried to cover his face with his hand, his free arm bumping your shoulder playfully .
dad jokes
he'd do them more often just cause he likes your laugh
he'd stay until late to help you if you were struggling with a choreo
would get all smiley if you hyped him up during a solo dance break
if it's him vs a bug, i'm sorry but he's hiding behind you waiting for you to take care of it

sanji had seen his fair share of weird things ever since he encountered a rubber boy in a straw hat and decided to go on board the going merry.
still, deadly fishmen and a chopped–up clown didn't quite compare to... this.
the first sign something was off were the muffled snores drifting from the kitchen once he headed down to start making breakfast for the crew.
sanji paused outside the door, face contorted in deep thought.
there was only one posible idiot capable of sneaking in just to eat everything in sight, then fall asleep right after—luffy.
please, lord, let there still be food left.
his brow twitched in annoyance at the thought of the inevitable mess—one he knew he'd have the task of cleaning up later.
he sighed, pushing the door open, already prepared for the upcoming headache.
all annoyance quickly dissipated onto confusion, because, instead of the classic red vest and sandals, there was a stranger.
a sleeping figure sprawled out across the table, holding an empty bottle of rum—dangling loosely from his fingers—and wearing a leather hat. smudged black eyeliner framing his eyes, looking way too comfortable for someone who had just snuck onto the ship of the highest bounty pirate in all of the east blue.
sanji stumbled back blindly, his shoulder colliding against the half-open door in mild panic. "uh—guys?!" he called out. "get in here now!"
the stranger stirred at the noise, letting out a grunt in discomfort. "mhm... just five more minutes." he mumbled, voice thick with sleep.
being deprived of his 3 hours of sleep never sat right with him, so he just rolled onto his stomach, burying his face in his arms to block out the noise.
sanji was stunned to say the least, mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. "what?" he finally managed to croak out. "what are—who even are you?"
the stranger inhaled slowly, and then—like his mind finally catched up—he paused. his eyes snapped open, he shot upright from the table like he’d been struck by lightning and blinked at sanji as he tried to recall his last sober memories.
he dragged a hand down his face, glancing around the room, taking in the unfamiliar surroundings.
then his eyes landed back on the blonde. a crooked grin slowly spread across his lips.
"oh," he started, "you must be the cook, am i right?"
he hopped down from the table, miraculously landing on his feet since the effects of the liquor had yet to worn off.
"the name's [m/n]."
he stretched lazily, joints popping. one hand slipped into the front pocket of his worn out shorts and pulled out a small compass.
"i came here looking for someone."
[m/n] spun on his heel and made a tipsy beeline straight for the cook.
"cute guy, captain—ring any bells?"
sanji's eyes narrowed, huffing in disbelief.
"i don't know anyone like that."
he wouldn't hand his captain over to some random pirate who walked in like he owned the place.
he opened his mouth again to retort, but was quickly cut short when the soft creak of floorboards echoed from behind him.
the door slid open.
nami stood at the front, eyes half-lidded with sleep. "oi sanji, what's with all the screaming—" she stopped dead in her tracks.
usopp, who was trailing close behind her—crashed face first into her back.
"ow–nami!" he yelped, rubbing his nose hoping to aliviate the pain. he peeked over her shoulder, his face went pale.
if he didn’t know any better, he'd say the stranger's eyes were completely dark—like staring into a void.
zoro entered next.
his hand dropped to his swords without hesitation. "you've got five seconds to explain why you're on this ship." he said coldly.
[m/n] only smirked playfully, gazing at each of them up and down.
"oh, you know... your friend here really knows how to keep me company." he nodded toward sanji. "shame, really. you're quite the sight, but not exactly who i came here for."
at last, as if summoned, luffy stepped forward from behind zoro, all bright eyes and bubbly energy.
[m/n]'s gaze drifted past the others, his eyes landing on him.
he flipped his compass open, glancing down—the needle was unwavering, fixed on luffy. he tilted the compass—just to be sure—but the stubborn needle kept snapping back.
"...there you are." he muttered under his breath.
his gaze flickered briefly toward the cook, expression unreadable. "still so sure you don't know him, blondie?"
he stepped forward, steady.
the entire crew tensed instantly. zoro moved almost on instinct, stepping directly infront of luffy. a human shield.
the drunken pirate only chuckled. as if the unspoken threat was just child's play.
"relax, big guy." he said. "and how rude of me," he bowed his head slightly in feigned courtesy. "to no introduce myself."
he raised his head.
"i'm [m/n], and you're obstructing my view."
zoro didn't budge. if anything his glare hardened. "what do you want with luffy?"
behind him luffy tilted his head, confusion creeping in—though the smile never left his face.
"... oh. hi," he said, completely unfazed by the situation. "do i know you? you seem really cool."
he leaned forward, curiosity taking over. "are those tattoos real? oh! and your hat is so cool!"
[m/n]'s grin widened slightly at that, amused by his complete lack of self preservation.
"yeah?" he hummed, tilting his head as he looked at luffy more carefully, eyes glinting with mischief. "you're a friendly one, aren’t you?"
nami's jaw tightened at the complete disregard. "answer zoro's question."
"ah—right," the boy sighed, almost irritated at the interruption. like admiring the captain was far more important than their questioning.
he raised his compass again, flipping it open and tilting it so they could all see. "that answer your question?"
usopp squinted at it, brows furrowing. "...not really. no."
he leaned in closer, tilting his head. "wait—that's not even pointing north. right, nami?"
the redhead was already thinking the same thing. there was something about this boy—something that screamed trouble.
the pirate chuckled, his gaze never leaving luffy's.
"doesn't point north. my compass points to what i want most." his grin could put even the cheshire cat to shame. "for some reason it led me straight to you."
luffy pointed at himself, unsure.
"me?"
zoro scoffed. "that's nonsense. how'd you even get here?"
"oh," the boy shrugged lightly. "i walked."
"...walked?" sanji repeated, "onto a moving ship. in the middle of the ocean."
[m/n] tilted his head, considering his excuse.
"guess rum makes people do weird things."
he took a step forward—only to be blocked by the mosshead pirate again.
"do you mind?" he slurred, mildly annoyed. "i can't see him through you."
"you're not getting any closer" zoro shot back.
"it's okay, zoro."
luffy's voice cut in, easygoing.
"he doesn't look like a bad guy."
zoro gave him a look. "of course you'd trust the guy with a pistol in his belt."
"not to worry." [m/n] cut in lightly, calm.
"had i wanted you dead... you already would be." he revealed what he'd been hiding behind his back—nami's baton.
nami's eyes widened, she patted herself down frantically.
"when did you—?!"
he twirled it once before tossing it back to her.
"i have my tricks."
he tilted his head, mocking smirk on his lips. "you, of all people, should recognize a thief when you see one."
his gaze drifted back to luffy, lingering. "like i said, just wanna know what led me to this pretty thing."
that caught luffy's attention.
he moved forward, brushing zoro's hand away without a second thought.
"your compass." he said, eyes lighting up with curiosity. "does it really points to what you want most?"
"it does, love." [m/n] teased. "cool, isn't it?
luffy giggled, arms flaling slightly with excitement. "that's awesome! can i try?"
[m/n] leaned in, lowering his voice like it was only meant for him.
"only if you let me join."
a playful wink.
and luffy beamed—the personification of the sun, really.
"yeah, obviously! i was gonna ask you anyway!"
sanji immediately grabbed the back of luffy's vest, dragging him back by the collar.
"you are not touching any weird, dark magic, compass."
"and you," he pointed sharply at [m/n]. "are not staying."
"i am, actually." he replied, unfazed. "don't be jealous. not trying to steal your captain from ya'."
"oh, fuck off—"
luffy still had that same stubborn grin.
and everyone knew once he made up his mind, it was final. no room for discussion.
"he's staying. i like him."
nami groaned. "luffy, not again."
"he's interesting, nami," he continued. "and he blindly trusted his compass all the way here, that's so cool!"
zoro exhaled resigned, done with arguing.
"...fine." he paused. "but if he tries something, i'm throwing him overboard."
[m/n] laughed. "i'd pay to see you try."
zoro just shot him a look.
keep talking and you'll be drowning before you finish your sentence.
luffy leaned even closer, like he couldn't help it—like you were pulling him in. "you're staying, that's final."
[m/n] wondered if his cheeks ever hurt from smiling so much.
"seems like it, captain."
his fingers brushed the cord of his hat, tugging just enough to tighten it. his gaze flickered down to the others lips.
"the king of the pirates," he whispered almost against him, eyes locking on his again. "definitely suits you."
luffy's heart did a strange, unfamiliar flip. gone as quick as it came.
before he could even process it, [m/n] walked past him to explore the rest of the ship, acting oblivious to the wind of emotions he had just caused in the other boy.
usopp leaned toward his friends, "he's gonna be a pain in the ass."
the other three replied in unison. "tell us about it."
it was settled. now the cook had one more mouth to feed. sanji clicked his tongue, hand running through his hair. he really needed a cigarette.
"unfortunately," he mumbled, already turning back to the kitchen. "that's the captain we chose, usopp."
despite everything—the chaos, the tension.
they all knew, no matter how complicated things were about to get, they wouldn't have it any other way.
