Hey, hey! Wait! Stop! Could you please spare a moment and thank God for all you have right now? Probably, you're thinking, 'Nah, I've already done that. Every night, in my prayer. Bye!' but have you?
When you bought clothes, did you thank God? When you picked up a coin on the street, did you thank God? When you got a new pet, did you thank God? When you got a new soap, did you thank God? When your refrigerator became full again, did you thank God? When you have a new phone, did you thank God?
But it doesn't only circulates in material things. Did you thank God for your intelligence? For your unique beauty? For your talent? For your skills? For you communication skills? Cooking skills? Multi-tasking skills? For your charisma? For your privileges in life? For your humor that makes people smile? For you toes, knees, shoulders, hair, eyes, nose, lips? For your good heart?
When someone gave you a gift, did you thank God? I know you're thinking. But yes, he/she may be the one who gave you the gift but God is the main source of it. He just used that 'someone' to give something He wants to give to you. He just can't go down from Heaven and knock on your door and say, 'Hi, this is my gift for you for this day. Gotta go!' and take note, if He do that, He'll knock on 7, 800, 000, 000 doors each day. That's... I know He's a God but for me, that's really exhausting.
Anyway, 'For this day', you read that? God is giving us different gifts everyday that you haven't notice and maybe now you do because you've read this far. Your pens, notebooks, chair, sofa, bed, bed sheets, spoon, fork, figurines, vases, clothes, undergarments, that's all from Him. Yes, EVERYTHING you have is from above. Unless it harms you, that's not from God.
How do I know if everything is from above? That maybe I just interpreted the verse in the wrong way? 'Spoon? Fork? Nah, I bought it, duh 🙄' Simple answer. He's a God. So, it means that He can take everything from us in just a snap, (Like Thanos. Snap, snap!) and if He can do that, He can give us everything too, vice versa. You get it?
So, if you think that no one loves you because no one gives you gifts every Christmas, or Valentine's Day or even in your Birthday, think again. You missed something.
Share this to your family and friends! You might change a life.
Think of when you have experienced this for yourself. Think of when Jesus showed up in the middle of the night, walking on water. He showed up for the disciples in unexpected ways at unexpected times!

What does it mean to flee from temptation?
First Corinthians 6:18 says, “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.” While the temptation is not sin, but when we don’t flee from that temptation, action soon follows. Unfortunately, when many people see temptation coming, they do not flee. Rather than flee temptation, they dabble in it, deflect it, postpone it, or analyse it; some embrace it. We seem to be more concerned with physical dangers that threaten the body than we are with spiritual dangers that threaten the soul. Romans 13:14 says, “Put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.” When we make provision for our flesh we accommodate the things that lead to sin and actually make preparations for sinning. When we allow ourselves to remain in tempting situations instead of fleeing them, we are foolishly placing confidence in the flesh. We believe the lie that our sinful flesh will somehow find the strength to resist at the last moment. Then we are shocked and ashamed when, instead of resisting, we give in. God provides strength and courage to any of His children who will live surrendered to His will (2 Thessalonians 2:16–17; Hebrews 12:10–12). “The name of the LORD is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe” (Proverbs 18:10). We are commanded throughout Scripture to stand firm and resist the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:10–18; James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:9). Satan’s traps are many and varied and usually begin with a tempting thought or situation. One way we resist the devil is to flee at the first hint of temptation. As we flee from temptation, we naturally flee toward something else, and Paul tells us what that should be: “Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart” (2 Timothy 2:22). Wisdom recognises the danger in temptation and bids us flee from it. “The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty” (Proverbs 22:3).

Evidence of God
Romans 1:19-20 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
Here we see how obvious the works of the Lord are, and yet, despite the truth being right in front of them, so many people choose to ignore it. People cling on to philosophies, science and other ways to try to explain what’s been right in front of them all along. We, with our limited understanding, try to make sense of His works.
As Matthew Henry wrote, “Finite understandings cannot perfectly know an infinite Being; but, blessed be God, there is that which may be known, enough to lead us to our chief end, the glorifying and enjoying of Him.”
When you think about it, faith in the nothingness, despite plenty of evidence otherwise, in a way, requires more faith than faith in a Creator. The Christian faith isn’t blind for we see His works displayed right before us. To not believe in Him is the real blind faith.
