…it’s a new year… -I’ve earned deeper frown lines but I’m also earning some smile lines. -I’ve learned new ways to succeed and new ways to fail. -I feel very proud of myself and I’ve also let myself down spectacularly. -I’m trying to learn how to self love and extend forgiveness to one’s self. -I’m getting better at not chasing what I think is happiness but rather challenge myself to always find something present to be appreciative for. While rewatching the first #ironman #movie, I was #inspired to #redraw the famous scene where #tonystark is being held #captive while demands were being issued to a governmental body. Friends and families across #Canada have been forced to live without sleep while being held captive in the their homes. This ‘peaceful protest’ has purposely crippled a supply chain for food and water, has intent to disrupt society, the governmental body and is ensuring the people that live near the ‘protest’ actually cannot live their lives. Additionally they are also preventing people from utilizing border crossings. If any of these actions were taken by a foreign body, it’d be considered as terrorism. So when do these PURPOSEFUL actions fit within the definition of domestic terrorism? You are not heroes. My work space is an ongoing project and keeps evolving as my work projects change and evolve. I use this space for video/audio recording and editing, streaming, image processing, researching, writing, drawing…the list goes on and on. More upgrades to come. Specifically laptop mount and media ultrabase, new monitors, swing arms for monitors and mic, extra sound proofing panels, new work chair and a bunch of gadgets and doodads are all enroute. Found some of my old Pokémon cards and collectibles and used them for some b-roll video and stills. Have a couple Pokémon projects in the works… Apparently I should get these two Pokémon cards graded as they’re near mint and worth about a grand collectively once graded 🤯. I can’t believe the perceived value of stuff! Well, accidents happen! Just when it’s getting cold out and a having a beard becomes advantageous…I slip up and shaved a chunk outta my beard. So I’m left with a cold spot where a person usually has a chin lol! I usually keep the beard but I’m unsure if I should grow it back or keep it light.
