God, this actually makes me a bit sad to write because it’s kinda obvious that Frank had never been throughly loved throughout his life and a LOT of girls probably rejected him :,D

Jobs were something somewhat foreign to Frank. Although he had, had many jobs before, Frank was never able to keep them for more than a couple weeks at a time. However, after meeting you, Legion notices that Frank’s jobs actually seem to stick and that instead of spending the extra cash on cigarettes and beer, he was spending it on gifts for you. He’d leave them at your work or on your porch, sticking around long enough just to see your cute smile and hope that you were still keeping him in mind.
I’m just going to get the sad stuff out of the way now and say that this boy cries for you. There are nights were Frank is alone, Father nowhere in sight, no food in the house, no warmth, no Legion, just him and his mixtapes along with the thought of you. He’d cry realizing that he didn’t have you and that you would most likely belong to someone else later on.
However, Frank would hardly let down or give up. He’d approach you whenever he could, offering to walk you home and giving you mixtapes that he had spent hours putting together in hopes that you would slowly become interested in the threat that was causing the brutal murders in Ormond.
Frank would approach you day after day, practically swooning over you and stalking you whenever he was sure that you thought he wasn’t around. Watching from the shadows gave him the perfect opportunity to know when it was safe to sneak into your window and steal your panties, along with giving him the perfect idea as to who he had to kill in order to eliminate his competition.
