I haven’t really used my tumblr with any regularity for a long time, but I refrain from deleting it because I like having the option to come back, to look at pretty things, and be inspired by them. It seems like my tumblr has become a years and years long mood board for me.
It’s also painful to go back through the posts, and think about what I felt during the times I reblogged or posted stuff and I was clearly going through it. Obviously, I’m feeling sentimental, but it is nice to reflect on how much I’ve changed. Or haven’t changed? I write this while quarantined with someone I love so much, who knows about all my previous lives where I was running around wild and depressed--and even with this life-threatening illness going around, I feel really lucky. I never knew I’d feel like this.Â
It’s a little funny to me just how much I feel like my cat. It’s super cliche, but when I got her from a friend--she was so little! And so wild! And I didn’t really know exactly how to care for her. And she bit me and peed on furniture for a while, but every year she gets calmer and calmer--and that’s how I’ve gotten too...calmer and calmer. Not that the anxiety and worry and depression leaves completely--but I have moments like right now that I’m really grateful for. I want to do what I can to preserve them and extend them. And help others achieve them too...in the ways that I can...

A little reminder...
I love you all so much and I just want you to be happy.
