The Coordinator will be the lead for developing new experiences - city tours, day hikes, cultural walks, fun events - and managing the operations of existing offerings at SherpaShah. This position requires a highly motivated and creative person with the ability to manage time and expectations of multiple partners who make SherpaShah Experiences possible. Also part of the portfolio is working with guest requests and creating solutions that allow for a great travel experience. This position requires travel and last-minute planning, so we are expecting to hear from people who are excited about exploring places and learning from people they meet. Candidates need to have flexible working hours and be open to take ownership of projects beyond 9-5 requirement. People with graphic design and amateur videography skills are prioritized.
