It's been so long since I've had people around to rely on.

She told me this would happen moving back to your home town.

I love being here. I just don’t miss how it feels to live here sometimes.

I miss the safe places that I created for myself with people who knew me and loved me. Being here is lonely.

They say the grass is always greener on the other side.

We outgrew Lakeland and Santa Cruz wasn’t enough for us. Now we’re just tired.

And it sucks being this tired when you don’t have anyone to be there with you.

Jess and I had been playing phone tag since New Years and it was getting hard. We talked the other day and it was so life giving. I couldn’t even believe it. That’s probably why I worked a 12 hour day that day. LOL but not.

As we get closer to trying for a baby, I just feel lonely thinking no one will be here to help us.. and then I’m also like we should just leave the country. Who knows…

Or we’ll get this business loan and open up a coffee shop/bookshop. We’ll see.
