To the anon with weight gain: perhaps it depends on what time of day you weighed yourself. Also when you eat such a small amount of calories your body goes into survival mode and starts storing fat instead of burning it! You have most likely reached a plateau and won't be losing much weight, so it is a good idea to eat a little more and exercise less for a while to make your body start burning calories again. The same thing happened to me //:
👍🏼❤️❤️
Okay I have a question. This is making me very upset & I can't figure out what's happening. I've changed my diet to 500-600 calories a day and I do my workout. A couple days ago I was 89.1. Now I'm 90.1😭do you have any idea why this is happening??😫
The exact same thing is happening to me at the moment, and honestly I don't know why. I'm hoping its muscle gain from exercising rather than fat gain X
I feel like I'm living a lie. Everyone around me, my family and my therapist, thinks I'm getting better and that Im recovering successfully with depression and self harm. Im actually going the opposite way of what they think, I'm slowly getting worse
I'm sorry to hear that.. I know exactly how you feel, and it's horrible. I know it's hard to tell your friends and family if you aren't doing so well because you don't want them to worry, but tell your therapist, that's exactly what they're there for 😊 Unless you don't feel comfortable with them? Then maybe you need to try someone else. But honestly, keeping all the pain and worry to yourself is only going to make it worse, I did for a long time, and it wasn't fun 🙁 Always remember, whatever bad thing is currently happening or how shitty you're currently feeling won't last forever. And if you ever need to chat, hit me up 😊 xx
literally after a day of fasting I'll drop like 3-5 pounds then as soon as I eat again, it all comes back... I work out mostly weight training and I'll do cardio atleast twice a week... any tips? and please don't say it's un-healthy, it's just what I do and it works for me. please if you have any advice id appreciate it! love your blog. thanks😊
Hey, The problem with fasting then eating again is that your body goes into starvation mode, so any food you eat after fasting your body hold onto all the fats and nutrients as it isn't sure when it's going to get more. So instead of fasting completely, eat small healthy snacks throughout the day and that should make a difference 😊
