“Hello, Sam. You’re home late.” Castiel said after glancing up at the clock. Three fifty-four a.m. “I was thinking you weren’t going to be back at all this evening.”Â
Sam almost jumped with surprise as he heard Cas’ voice - he wasn’t expecting her to be around, much less still up at three fifty-four in the morning. Then again, angels didn’t sleep, did they?
“The hunt ran a little late, I guess. I was kinda hoping to be back before midnight.” He replied, rubbing his tired eyes.
“I was hoping you’d come home. I found something outside the bunker that I think might interest you.” Castiel took a jar from off the table beside her. In it, at first glance, appeared to be a green butterfly. Upon closer inspection it could be seen that instead of the body of an insect, the winged creature had the body of a woman, a very tiny woman who looked to be very unhappy with her current situation.
