being too busy to shift is driving me nuts i miss people ive never even met

ok!!! so crazy thing just happened when i was trying to shift. I did the “hug method” by alunir. i was kinda drifting off and the video ended and it went to another subliminal, and i started to feel my arm lifting a bit and back down over and over again, and i was confused. I tried to focus on it to figure out what it was, and I realized it literally felt like my arm was laying on someones chest and rising with their breathing 😭😭😭😭 i freaked out a bit because GIRL MAYBE YOU ARE IN YOUR DR!!! and so i calmed down and continued to do some affirmations, and i FELT SOMETHING TOUCH MY LEG and i got scared and got out of my meditative state 🥹 im soo happy bc i normally dont feel symptoms and this made me SO excited to try again🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

its so frustrating to make a shifting attempt and not feel any symptoms, does anyone have any advice about symptoms during shifting? i feel as if i need to have symptoms to shift even though i KNOW that’s not the case 😣

i want to learn more about loa as well, and i’ve read so many things about shifting, but i feel so discouraged and like nothing works for me even though i know shifting is bound to happen

does anyone have a guided meditation method that is good for neurodivergent/adhd shifters ?? i struggle with focusing on the meditation without thinking of other things + i also struggle a bit with visualization.

harry potter; my best friend!! we are incredibly close, and we understand each other in ways others cant. he was taken in by sirius and remus in third year, and we have been pulling pranks together since we touched that map.

hermione granger; one of my favorite people ever, we roomed together for the first three years at hogwarts ෆ

ron weasley; we have been friends since childhood, our hogwarts letters even came together to the burrow. our families were close, and the weasleys inevitably took me in at a young age.

luna lovegood, ginny weasley, fred and george weasley, neville longbottom, cedric diggory, dean thomas, seamus finnigan are also some of my closest friends!

the slytherins; at first, due to my closeness with the golden trio, we were not friends, but i have always been friends with people of all houses, and as we matured, the quarrels between slytherins and gryffindors decreased. eventually, i, and some of my friends, became close with matteo riddle, theodore nott, draco malfoy, pansy parkinson, blaise zabini, etc.
