It had finally happened. The bullies had finally gotten what they wanted. Neito… had snapped. Although he doubts the way he snapped is what they wanted. He looks down at the bodies surrounding him, mangled by their own quirks as they slowly bleed out.

“You called it a villain’s quirk? Then I will make it a villain’s quirk for you.” He grins as he studies the blood on his hand and clothes. He’d have to stay in the shadows to avoid getting caught by the police before he’d exacted the last of his revenge, but that doesn’t matter.

Now, to get to his family’s house… He strolls through the alleyways, not even bothering with trying to wipe off the blood. Let them know he’d snapped. Let them know he is going to kill them. Let them know he doesn’t regret anything. His parents will pay for everything they had done to him.

Or, at least, that is his plan. A plan that might be brought to a stop for a while, as he just walked into somebody. “Oh? Fancy seeing you here.” He grins, looking positively deranged.
