AU PLOTS

Royalty!AU (cinderella)

         Rather self explanatory. One of my muses or one of yours is the prince/princess, and the other a simple commoner with a rather helpful Fairy Godmother.

InsaneAsylum!AU 

         My muse is locked in one of the lower levels of an Insane asylum under false charge while yours in the recently hired security guard. Perhaps this asylum isn’t as straight forward as it seems, a plot hidden behind the steel door and padded walls encaging my muse.

Cops&Robbers!AU

         One of our muses is a thief or a bandit of some kind while the other is head of the local police force. There’s a thick rivalry between the two, a kinda love/hate relationship that may lead them towards a more romantic approach later on.      

Circus!AU

         One of our muses is a high flying acrobat for one of the more famous traveling circuses. The other can either be another member of the circus or a member of the audience who falls in love on first sight.         

Aladdin!AU

         Honestly, if I need to explain this one then you and I are going to have to have a rather lengthy talk on the proper education of children…

Hunger Games!AU

         Muses can be from the same district or different districts. Either way there will be a shit ton of angst and strife.

Piratess and Mermaids!AU

         Muse is a pirate searching the seas and islands in between for gold and treasure. Muse stumbles upon other Muse (mermaid) at an island the ship stops at and they fall in love. 

Slave!AU

         My muse is a slave in an Ancient Era who has been sold to your muse as a coming of age present by your muse’s Guardian. 

Dragon!AU

         One of our muses is a dragon hunter who falls in love with the other, not knowing that they turn into a dragon during the night.

Superhero!AU

         One of our muses is a superhero fighting crime. The other eventually finds out the hero’s identity and ends up being dragged into their world whether they want to or not, becoming the target of the hero’s enemies. 

Hostage!AU

         One of our characters is a criminal, that takes refuge in the other characters house, essentially keeping them hostage. The hostage begins to develop feelings for their capture and helps them evade the police.

Sanatorim!AU

         One of our characters is a long time resident in a sanatorium and the other is the new staff member assigned to care for them.

War!AU

 Muses will be on the same or opposite sides of a war (i.e. Revolutionary -French or American-, Civil, or the World Wars). If the same, they must rely on each other during a situation where they are pinned down. If opposite, P.O.W. situation or spying.

Refuge!AU

Muse A is an escaped experiment from a facility (feel free to conjure up possible ‘mutations’, it doesn’t have to be visible like animal fur, it could be telekinesis or other stuff), and happens to wander around his/her surroundings until they bump into Muse B. It can either go two ways: Muse B can be protective and take Muse A in, or Muse B can be extremely cold and ignore Muse A, but Muse A becomes attached and follows him/her home.

Limited!AU

         In a world where mermaids exist, Muse A realizes that every full moon allows him/her to grow legs. And on the very night that they try exploring the human world, they encounter Muse B, who is enchanted by Muse A. And love ensues, until Muse A realizes the effects aren’t permanent.

Rundown!AU

         When Muse A, an infamous criminal manages to get himself/herself caught, they end up serving a sentence in jail. Muse B is the guard of his/her cell, and tension filled conversations behind bars begin, eventually resulting in the two falling in love/forming an unlikely friendship. But is Muse B willing to pay the price to free Muse A? 

SwanfuckingPrincess!AU 

         A hated arranged marriage between royal children which after time becomes desired. One of our muses is placed under a spell, transformed into a beautiful creature (doesn’t have to be a swan). The other, thinking his “love” to be the beast responsible, goes off to hunt it. Only in a certain pool under the light of the moon is the cursed muse able to regain their true form.

         Muse A and Muse B are arranged to be married. They never meet until the day of the wedding at the alter. They could either fall in love as soon as they lay eyes on each other or they could hate each other. Either works. They could be awkward around each other but slowly fall in love, etc. etc. It can go any way you want.

Momo looked up at the night sky to see the beautiful stars staring back at her. She loved taking a night stroll especially on breezy nights like this one. A small cry interrupted her train of thought as she looked around to see where it was coming from. “Hello is someone there..?”

First day of class and Sumizome was already getting off to a late start. Great. He was usually pretty big on punctuality, but this morning had been nothing but one challenge after the other. First he had overslept, even if only by ten minutes, then he couldn’t find his phone, which happened to be dead when he found it thanks to his forgetting to put it on the charger before bed, then he couldn’t find his charger, and to top it all off he spilled his coffee all over his white button up shirt as he was leaving the house, which not only pissed him off, but made it so that he had to go back inside and change before he could even leave. And after all that, all he could think about was the fact that he had ruined a brand new shirt.

Accumulating far too many scrutinizing stares as he walked into the room two minutes late, Sumizome felt his eyebrow twitch irritably. Resisting the urge to glare at the nosy students that were staring him down as he made his way to the front, he took a deep, hopefully calming breath. “Well, this is promising, isn’t it?” he asked dryly as he finally made it to the front of the room, setting his briefcase down on the seat by his desk, “Late on the first day, how shameful of me.” His attempt at humor fell flat, as he fully expected, and instead of making an even larger fool of himself by continuing to try to make buddies with his students, he quickly turned the topic towards the one at hand; math.

Momo flipped through the pages of the math book as it made her head feel like it was going to explode. She looked up at the clock that was ticking in her ear to see that the time was two minutes after nine o'clock. The door swung open as her new teacher had finally arrived with the look of stress on his face. She could tell he was probably not a morning person and this semester had just got a little interesting. 

She did a small chuckle to the dry humor her teacher had to try make with everyone considering no one else seemed to got the humor in it. She felt a since of relief that it was a well-dressed male with some time of fun to him instead of a older grandma that’s been teaching math for years and rather us sit here like zombies. Hearing that the lesson was going to begin now she open her purple notebook and math book and began to listen to the hour and a half lesson.

                   ✮·.·´¯`·.·✮ Well, it was hard to decide to either focus on the teacher or on the frame sitting next to the student. He should pay attention to class but also wanted to get to know someone new. Finally talk to someone and maybe also find some friends?

“You have such a interesting name I love it!.. My name is Momo nice to meet you!” The teacher called out to a student (most likely the new teacher’s pet) to pass out the papers that would read their first assignment for the class. 

Momo’s face turned from a cutesy smile to a frighten soul as she read the paper to say Presentation. It would be right in front of the class with the help of another partner to share the topic with. She honestly couldn't handle her rapid heartbeat and biting of her bottom lip to the fear that she would have liked to kept hidden Stage fright.

Sure enough when the blond looked over, he could see the wolfhound shoulder deep in a trash can. “Merde.” He swore beneath his breath, rolling his eyes already planning on how to wash the giant dog. He quickly went to the dog, who was more than happy to see him even as he slipped the leash around the canine’s neck. One down, one to go. “Ah, thank you, madam – this is a rather awkward situation.”

Momo’s eyes glared down at the huge dog that was big enough to eat her in one gulp. She however could careless and was instead distracted by his cute dirty face. She got down to the dogs level hugging the dog’s neck while she cleaned off the dirt from it’s collar. “No need to beat yourself up over this.. If you want me to.. I can help you clean your dog if that’ll make you feel better.”

He patted himself to look for a piece of paper and, failing to find one, tore the label off of one of the cans in his groceries. In meticulous handwriting, he copied down his own address and offered the piece of paper to the girl… No, to Shimizu-san.

“I can make animal designs on the blade itself by manipulating how the iron crystallizes. The hamon between the hard steel of the edge and the soft steel of the back is the place where one can make even entire scenes, if they are skilled enough.”

That was the mark of a true-forged sword, one made out of a single piece of steel. Though, truth be told, Kazuya preferred his swords’ hamon to be smooth and austere. The designs were beautiful, but they tended to weaken the structural integrity of the blade.

She looked down at the sadly ripped piece of paper as she knew it would be a perfect piece for her to lose after this, but she knew she had to be more careful. “No problem.. you can always come by and visit if you like as well.. I’m normally just painting or sometimes at the cafe if they need me to work.” 

The talk of a blade being handmade was pretty fascinating to her considering all she could do would be just paint it. Her creative mind was turning as she could imagine the blade’s finishing look carved with abstract animal designs. “Do you mind if I draw one of these blades sometime once it is fully done..?”
