“The composer who couldn’t hear was Beethoven” and “The composer whose music received love after his death was Beethoven.” So as I thought, I began thinking if I wasn’t able to hear, would I still be able to sing? Will my music receive love after my death? Before that time, Beethoven’s music didn’t receive any love at all and instead, a lot of criticism. But he has the passion to carry on with music until he died. Do I have that kind of passion? “In my situation, wouldn’t it be embarrassing to say I want to give up on music in front of this person..?” came to mind. No matter what hardships come my way, I will love music, and walk my path. The fact that Beethoven became deaf, didn’t give up on music really overpowered me. So I was able to find myself and set a new goal. So now, I have this stupid dream that in this world, where in my life, the people who watch me and believe in me such as all of you guys, the members, and staff, I want to achieve something as great as Beethoven did, and I want to continue to let his willpower to live on, and by me, I want to change music.

Best. Live i ve ever experienced ;O;  today was my first concert in japan! (and maybe my last one, if The BOSS and RADWIMPS dont hold one within this year ;_;) Enuma s voice was just heavenly *_* i thought he would be unstable live, but who am i kidding?? he was just perfect!! live is just sooo much better than cd ;___;  the new/temporary drummer is GREAT O_O i hope he would join plenty! oh, and they played all three new songs, and i loved all of them! especially DRIP ;o;   + i wish they had talked more on stage XD I think everything they said was just "konbanwa, plenty desu"(good evening we are plenty) "tsugi ni ikimasu"(now the next song) "arigatou gozaimasu" (thank you very much) "tanoshikatta desu" (we had fun) and "sayounara" (byebye) XD ah, and "o daiji ni" (take care). oh but during the encore Enuma said more and talked a bit about the tour and his birthday (but really, just a lil bit XD)

Daikoku Danji's King of forgetfulness made a big mistake

Interviewer: I heard that Hyunmin lost his passport?

Hyunmin: Why do you know that?!

Injun: Hyunmin is in charge of "forgetfulness" in Daikoku Danji (laughs).

Jay: He got it reissued since we went to Guam for shooting MV of .

Hyunmin: From the things I have lost until now that shocked me the most so I thought I need to take care of it from now on.

Karam: Still on the way back to Korea he shocked us at immigration office by shouting loudly "AA~". It turned out that he left his passport on the plane.

Mika: And the next moment he was running to the plane we rode at full power (laughs).

Here’s what he said about it (thanks to Amber for the translations!! This following excerpt was actually written by Amber and not me):

The lyrics go, “To me, please don’t say the words “thank you”, because those words, seem like the end”. The MC goes, OMG IT’S REALLY AWESOME, and Hyunchul says that the rest of it is awesome, and that we can look forward to it. They read out the comments once again, and it’s filled with “88888 (8=hachi, which sounds like clapping)”, “amazing” and such, and Suhoon looks happy and goes yay, saying it out really loudly this time. Cute Leader-sama ;w; The MC asks him what the lyrics mean, and Suhoon explains the meaning (trying his best in Japanese ;o;), that the words “thank you” will be heard as a goodbye and hence, don’t say it. The MC says, “what a deep meaning!”, and then apologises, saying that he’s really high and excited now and hence he’s really loud XD

Daikoku Danji will release their 6th japanese single on August 1st!

Daikoku Danji will release their 6th japanese single on August 18, entitled 本気Magic (Honki Magic)! The title-track was composed by NAOTO from Orange Range, HIROKI wrote the lyrics, defining the song as a dance rock tune perfect for the summer! Another track will be “Ikenai 1・2・3″, the theme of “Ai Ore”, the movie who the member Karam will staring on soon!
