Hello everyone!
Just a small warning that this blog will be under very slow construction for some time ;) We'll be preparing everything for our come back since there are changes planned; mostly regarding apps and character sheets. Stay tuned!

Yes our dates are European style and according to them we should be back from hiatus long time ago...
Unfortunately my health got worse instead of getting better like I hoped and I simply cannot take on myself managing the group yet. I hope I will finally get better and be able to go back to this group properly though, so we are not going to shut it down completely. But it will stay on hiatus for longer than we thought, I'm afraid.
If, however, there would be someone genuinely interested in joining us as a mod and helping to manage the group, we could perhaps re-open the group sooner. I'm not going to lie here, it would be quite a bit of work but if there was someone willing to help, we would appreciate it a lot :)

IMPORTANT - HIATUS!!
We are extremely sorry but due to mod Alpha's health issues both mods need to go on a hiatus till 10.08.2014. With the constant up and downs, we cannot manage the blog properly and give it the attention it requires.
We will not shut the blog down and we encourage you to continue writing, build relationships and have fun but sadly, there will be no events until the situation here with mod Alpha's health improves.
We hope you'll understand and forgive us this unexpected hiatus.
PS. Our characters (we know that you know ;), will go on hiatus during this time as well.

Time turners at large!
We are giving you the opportunity to explore your muses past, to re-live their happiest or most embarrassing moments and to write those moments out in a proper thread! Always wanted to share with everyone how your muses met and became best friends? How they felt on their first night at Hogwarts? First Quidditch match? Now you have the chance!
This event will last till 10.07.2014 and in that time you can write as many threads set in the past as you want. It can be set in the recent past, for example in the last summer holidays, or events from your muse's childhood.
Since the threads are set in the past and we don't want to violate the Global Law of the Continuity of Time, we suggest that you plot out the threads first so they don't introduce major changes into your character's personality or history.
Have fun playing with your younger muses everyone!

Currently focussing on the students in the fifth year at the famous school, this is a Shingeki no Kyojin AU roleplay group based in Hogwarts of the Harry Potter world, with the above starting premise. Just wanting to be sure. If, say, one of the characters got something from their parents, can it be added to the "items" list, especially if they start wearing it?
It can, that’s perfectly fine as long as it’s not something that would fall under the category of being a special item; which is anything of high value. This isn’t only monetary but could be of magical importance or otherwise. Those items will require approval before adding.

((just a question, because the previous question got me curious. Is it possible to move around skill points (using ilse as an example, moving one point from charms to care of MC)? or is it once they are given/assigned to a skill they cannot be changed?))
Points here are to signify the level of learning your muse has in a particular skill. If a skill level decreases in an area then you’d need good reason for that to happen for it to make logical sense. i.e. if your muse has mastered a certain competence in advanced knowledge in Charms then it wouldn’t be plausible for them to ‘un-learn’ the skill.
Unless circumstances are exceptional your skill points are set once you’ve assigned them.

Hello mods! I was wondering if in an rp our characters decided to take up a new skill (example: Marco mun and I are discussing having Marco teach Annie how to cook) can we put that in our about page under skills? (so long as it doesn't exceed the limit of skills allowed of course)
Hello! Yes that’s not a problem at all! As long as any skills added make sense for your character and as you said, you don’t exceed the allocated amount allowed, you certainly can.

Hi all! Just a side note for the ending of the event:
When points are given and if special items are gifted this isn’t to be seen as part of the event closure itself.
As in, the items haven’t been gifted from a particular person (unless you work that into a plausible storyline) as a result of the event outcome and likewise any mention of increases in skill. Those will have to be worked into your rps and be logical.
If anyone needs further clarification, please don’t hesitate to let us know!
