((just a question, because the previous question got me curious. Is it possible to move around skill points (using ilse as an example, moving one point from charms to care of MC)? or is it once they are given/assigned to a skill they cannot be changed?))

Points here are to signify the level of learning your muse has in a particular skill. If a skill level decreases in an area then you’d need good reason for that to happen for it to make logical sense. i.e. if your muse has mastered a certain competence in advanced knowledge in Charms then it wouldn’t be plausible for them to ‘un-learn’ the skill.

Unless circumstances are exceptional your skill points are set once you’ve assigned them.

Ilse fumbled slightly, as she was unfamiliar with the boy, but nevertheless, she decided to at least wish him a good birthday. "Hello, ah Marco, right? I heard it was your birthday, and though I may not have anything to give you, I hope you have a happy birthday!" She smiled at the Ravenclaw, giving that gleeful Hufflepuff grin.

"Thank you!" he beamed at her and stepped forward to give the girl a brief one armed hug, "that's nice of you! Feel free to stop by the Hall after dinner, I'm having a bit of a thing and most of the fifth year will be there I think."
