They had such a cool theme going with Garchomp’s shiny, making each evolution a deeper blue, why give that up in favor of.... dull grey just a bit darker than the original.

First off, trying to fix one of my most disliked shiny, togekiss and its line. It just gets more yellow. So, to go along with its fairy theme, i made it more pink and pastel.
