Polperro in Cornwall!

It’s beautiful cottages cling to steep hillsides around a small harbour with spectacular views making it an artist's paradise…. and a cracking place to scoff fish and chips!

Much of the village dates to the 13th century, and for many years the prosperity of Polperro was founded on the pilchard fishery. Smuggling is understood to have prospered since Polperro developed as a port in the 12th century.
