I loved the detail of the frostwalker effect, and thought it would be cool if he basically absorbs energy from around him to channel into his speed, and that has the side affect of minor cryokinetic powers alongside the speed. He runs by or touches things and they’re instantly doused in frost. Makes it that much harder for his enemies to fight him too, when surfaces are ice-slick. A real heat-vampire. And a super high metabolism.

I’d just call him “Frostwalker” actually. He’s pretty competent in the field, but the heros are almost as miffed to call him in as the villains are, too much of a loose cannon…
