Allison is never coming back (to stay) and that’s something i am honestly fine with. With the challenges they have faced now, she probably would’ve died another way. Yea, ok. Except there’s the fact that literally none of the people that are gone because Teen Wolf got rid of them, the actors left themselves. The show hasn’t gotten rid of any of them themselves, except maybe Boyd? I can’t remember what went on there tbh. So don’t act like all these new people are here because the show runners wanted to keep things new and fresh. Fuck yes I expected 8 seasons of the original cast. Because that’s how shows work! I watched 10 years of Stargate SG1 with the same core cast. You know why I didn’t watch the final season or so? Because everyone was different.

I mean, I like the show well enough with the new cast of characters, but don’t fucking act like people who expected the original cast to last are ridiculous, like that never happens. It happens all the damn time. Teen Wolf is the odd ball out with the cast dropping out like flies.

All I was getting at is that people shouldn’t be so surprised when a show gets new members. It’s not as bad as people are making it out to be by constantly whining for the old cast. Like yes you can whine and be sad, but it’s not helping unless the actual actress/actor wants to come back themselves. If they don’t, respect it and chill out.

And YES, I’m fully aware that shows can go on for a multitude of seasons with the same cast and have just as much success as the next guy but if an actress/actor wants to leave i respect it and move on. i don’t expect them to be replaced in any way, shape, or form, but i do expect the viewers to be okay with it. and a lot of teen wolf viewers aren’t. This is just me telling y’all to chill because it’s not that serious and not that bad-- the new members are pretty cool.
