I'm so proud of all those giving #veganuary a go - I've been meat free for almost a year now and gradually made my way towards a completely vegan life with the incredible support of @macromitch and friends and family. It can be truly difficult for people to understand why I made the decision to change my lifestyle, but the more I learnt the less I wanted to contribute to the cruelty that exists in our world. I look back to myself a year ago, when I blindly consumed meat and dairy in every meal ... Fast forward to now and I wouldn't change a thing. My life as a vegan is like waking up in a garden of paradise every day, where I can smell the flowers, hear the bees and taste the beauty this world has to offer.
