Volume 17 of Spy x Family released today, with the cover featuring Donna Schlag, a.ka. "Lady Tonitrus."

I like how the backcover shows Rahden picking up all her tonitrus 😅

The Halloween art that Endo made a few months back is included in the volume, as well as a new illustration of Anya, Becky, and Connie. I believe it's based on the Japanese fashion magazine "Seventeen."

There wasn't a new bonus chapter, but we did get this funny Franky page!

A rough translation of his dialogue below:

Top: "As expected, there's no rough drafts for Schlag, but instead, I'll reveal a secret about Eden! I got Anya to draw me a map of the school interior. Oh? You're wondering why it's written in Japanese? Don't sweat the small stuff!"

Bottom: (thanks to @rafaron1223 for this one) "By the way, although it says 'school gate,' Eden is so vast that facilities are scattered throughout the surrounding town beyond the gate. It's not like schools in the Far East where 'the area inside this enclosure is the school grounds.'"

I don't have the patience to try to translate the chicken scratch that is Anya's map, but Raf said he's going to. So check out his blog or Twitter account if you want to see when that's complete. I'm sure it will be amusing to say the least!

Volume 17 also has a special edition version that comes with these papercraft sets. Bond looks the best for sure 🤣
