Frontgate is unreliable and they take your money for services they never intend to deliver.

I only purchased through Frontgate because my item wasn’t available on Amazon Prime. Never again. #Frontgate

I placed an order 10/22, knowing the item wouldn’t be available for my order until 10/27. I added expedited shipping. 10/27 came and went with no order update. Investigated the issue to find out they cancelled the order on 10/22 with no notification or reason. Their response: we’re sorry but feel free to reorder. And oh, by the way we don’t offer expedited shipping. Apparently you pay for expedited and they never intend to honor that.

I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if it was something I purchased for myself but this was a gift. I thought for a long while to come up with the perfect gift, only to be let down by a shady retailer. Now I’m back at square one to find a thoughtful gift and time is running out.

Crooks. Liars. Lesson learned.
