My band just released a brand new video on our Facebook. The response already has been amazing and would mean everything to us if you could check it out and share it around. It's very personal to me because I wrote this after a pretty dark point of my life. It's as honest as I've ever been because I never knew how to tell people that I was depressed, on medication, out of a job, losing people I cared about and generally just making stupid decisions in my life so I wrote a song about it instead. People are already saying they relate to it which is the ultimate pay off for me and the lads. There's still a very weird stigma around mental health and depression and I found that out first hand.
