Over the last two months there’s been massive controversy surrounding Shmorky. I wasn’t even aware of it until some weeks ago, but after going through the claims made against him, there are a ton of things here that don’t sit right with me.
At first I found this to be really interesting, until I noticed that others were saying the account and all the accounts replying to it seemed to be botted accounts that hadn't been active since 2012 and all followed Shmork. I did a little research and was able to tie regibald1 to Carefully fairly quickly. Turns out she fessed up under an old throwaway she made in the past to get it off her chest. The following is the post about regibald1 that I put on kiwifarms. Basically the account and the ones responding to it are all bots that look to be made by her for multiple reasons.
When i posted the tumblr thing I got messaged by user @svcxb a few hours later. I didn't originally want to give out her username but since it's already on kiwifarms i'll share a bit more about what I found. If you look at the account it's not hard to tell she's Carefully but to clear any possible doubts...
That was in 2015 so she'd be 19 at the time of the logs. Not 16. We can finally confirm that.
Now back to regibald1. Some people thought it was Shmorky fabricating a story to clear his name even though we know he was admitted to a psych ward. But whatever. Whoever you think it is it sounds like they're at least getting some of the story right. I can't find the conversation about him getting sick of her and dumping her, and the last few pages are of them neutrally chatting. It sounds like flat out projection.
If it's truly Shmorky behind the tweets then he got her name and skype wrong. If it's carefully behind it then she's doing a fine job of avoiding anything tracing back to her. If it's neither then its all just somehow a big coincidence svcxb has ties to some of those bot accounts following shmorky from Canada.

DISCLAIMER: I originally made this post on February 25th and recently went back and fixed up some parts to be more to the point. The main idea is covered in the first few paragraphs if you dont want to read the whole thing. If you don't already know what's going on, take some time to google a little background and then come back before reading this post. To people saying i'm defending a creep, let's make it clear here that I wouldn't give a weekend of my life to write this shit for some artist I barely knew if I thought he was genuinely guilty of this stuff. Of course the logs are disgusting and weird, they're fetish roleplay. But if they're done solely between two adults, then speaking as someone roughly the same age as Carefully, who fucking cares? It's not something worth taking someone's life over.

To recap what's going on one more time, sometime shortly before new years it was claimed that Shmorky supposedly had been having sexual chats with a 16 year old on skype who came forward under the username “Carefully” on Kiwifarms. These interactions involved diaper scat roleplay and shortly after these claims were made, Shmorky attempted suicide. On January 2nd, Carefully released skype logs on Kiwifarms and Shmorky’s ex-fiance Mandy also began to make accusations against him ranging from his psychological abuse of her to him having alternate online personas. He attempted suicide again on the 6th.
The 3 basic allegations being made here are that:
He’s an aggressive pedophile who made sexual advances towards a minor online
He has abused his partners and denied his schizophrenic girlfriend her medicine
He has alternate accounts that he’s used to live out his fantasies (most notably sandypants and a furaffinity called peachesthepuppy)
none of them are true.
The main accusation is that Shmorky was involved in leaked sexual roleplay with a minor. This has already been denied by Carefully herself. The problem is, she waited over a week and a half before making this clear, long after the story had made it’s way around and most people were already under the impression that she was 16 at the time she added him on skype. She wasn't.
If you look at her old tumblr posts on her other account from 2015, it's clear something doesn't add up:

Carefully didn’t bother to explain this for over a week, even after she knew that people thought she was underage in the logs the whole time. She wasn't. But besides that, Carefully also claimed Shmorky never asked her age in the first place. If that’s true, then that’s not something I’m about to defend, it’s just stupid on his part. But take a moment to read some of these skype logs.
Carefully claims to remember stuff from the 90s. Which doesnt make much sense if she was 18 years old in 2014, much less if she had actually been 16. It’s already a weird thing to specify in the first place.
And a 16 year old signing a lease and paying rent is pretty hard to believe. Even knowing that she was 18 here, if she's telling the truth, then it means she somehow managed to move out of her parents before she graduated High School or was an adult. If she claims to have been moved out of her parents for a few years, and can recall things from “back in the 90s”, something doesn't make sense here. I don't doubt that Carefully was actually 18 in the logs, but I do think the things she says in them imply that she might've lied about her age to Shmorky while they were talking on facebook.
There’s also the fact that later on in the logs, Carefully claims her family read her skype messages, and Shmorky acts like he couldn’t give less of a fuck.
which hardly sounds much like someone who’s aware the person they’re talking to is 16 or even 18 years old. Had she lied before they added on skype about being older to impress him, it’s not hard to see what’s happening here. But either way, she makes it clear that she was not a minor at the time of the logs, and so either way the idea that they took place with someone underage is wrong.
Long story short: No, Shmorky didn’t diaper roleplay on skype with a minor, and its not clear what was said before they added eachother on skype. But there's also more that isn't adding up here.
Claim 2 is that Shmorky abused his partners for their disabilities, and forced his ex-fiance to stop taking her medication because he’s anti-medicine. Mandy is Shmorky’s ex fiance who suffers from schizophrenia. She has also leaked her own skype conversations with Shmorky

Here’s where i’d like to sidetrack for a second and point out that Carefully had claimed that Shmorky had been cheating on his fiance with her in her original Kiwifarms post. Shmork and Carefully’s conversations dramatically slowed down around May. To put this into perspective, the first 86 pages of the 91 page skype leak span about three months from February until May, while the last 5 pages are about five months from May until October. Shmorky’s logs with Mandy show he didn’t even add her until April of 2014, and according to Carefully’s logs, only started taking things serious around June. Carefully also says that she got out of a relationship in August on the page before this one. So the cheating claim was wrong.
Mandy has said a lot of things, ranging from saying shmorky’s room is covered in piss-soaked diapers, to claiming his boss Lowtax rapes his own kids. If I were to go through every single contradiction she has made, this post would be even more stupidly long than it already is, so we’ll only focus on the more serious ones. Mandy claims that Shmorky prevented her from taking the medication she needed to cope with her schizophrenia. Lowtax has actually backed her up on this, saying that Shmorky was for whatever reason anti-medicine and anti-therapy.
But it took me a few seconds of searching the word “meds” on the skype conversations between Mandy and Shmorky to find this conversation which i’ve put on pastebin:

I'm not sure how someone can be anti-medicine and still say “telling someone to "go off their meds" is bad advice”. This is just one example I found. And in Shmorky's infamous recording of one of Mandy's schizophrenic breaks, you can clearly hear him telling her to get help.

It’s clear from the logs that Mandy wasn’t as unstable in the past as she is now, and the fact that he would repeatedly turn away the cops from dealing with her is an obvious sign of an abusive relationship. From the skype conversations that she leaked by herself, it’s pretty clear that Shmorky was not in the slightest anti-medicine or anti-therapy. It’s also pretty well known that Mandy was paranoid about continuing to take her medication on her own.
She also says he took advantage of her because of her disability, and invited her to live with him as soon as he found out she was schizophrenic. According to her and Carefully, Shmorky notoriously took advantage of the mentally ill like this.
But once again, digging into her own leaked skype conversations shows that this wasn't the case at all.

The third claim is that according to Mandy, Shmorky has two alternate personas: sandypants and peachesthepuppy. Another user on Kiwifarms with the username “Soliloqueef” claims to have proof that Shmorky asked her to do voicework for peachesthepuppy back in 2007 so that he could post it on the Peachesthepuppy furaffinity, thus disguising himself behind a more feminine voice. This one is kind of weird, but it’s still something Lowtax seems to agree with.
First we'll start off with Sandypants. Apparently Sandypants was a fairly well known furry with a scat fetish in the late 2000's. Her twitter doesn't try to hide it, and it looks like her youtube was also fairly popular.
A mod on Kiwifarms who knew a friend of Sandypants attempted to contact them, and their friend's testimony casts doubt on the idea of Shmorky being her.
There’s also the fact that the Sandypants posted a statement on her inkbunny some time around the 10th of January, at a point where Shmorky was still being held for his second attempted suicide 4 days earlier and would have had to have known about these allegations being made against him on some random Kiwifarms forum. That's also assuming that while being held, he had access to unmonitored internet in the first place.
Sandypants' youtube videos are also pretty consistent in using the same voice in a number of different situations, including a lets play and a few skits:
So if Shmorky were pulling this off for so long, then he had to be consistently using the same person to voice these over the multiple years the account was active. Pretty much the one thing tying him to the account is that both of them have a scat fetish.
She also said Shmorky is a user on furaffinity called Peachesthepuppy. Friends of sandypants claim the two accounts were owned by the same person, so if he was sandypants, then he was almost definitely Peachesthepuppy. There's also a voice recording on the Peachesthepuppy furaffinity account that’s clearly different from the sandypants youtube. A user by the name of Soliloqueef came forward on the Kiwifarms thread and claims to have emails from Shmorky asking her to do the voicework for Peaches.
Ignoring the fact that the requests are ridiculously barefaced and overly incriminating, soliloqueef also included a voice reenactment of the recording found on the peachesthepuppy furaffinity to prove that she was the one who did the recordings
And it's at this point that things get suspicious. The next bit has a lot of speculation, but I wouldn't be putting it here if I didn't think it was well founded. There's a lot of weird stuff surrounding the things Soliloqueef puts out on her kiwifarms account. Listen to one of Mandy's videos, and compare it to the reenactment

The voices sound remarkably similar, and Mandy is known to have done singing and voice acting in the past. If she was tied to the peachesthepuppy recording, it would explain the random bringing up of these accounts that are in all other ways unrelated to the bulk of the controversy.
It's never made clear why Shmorky would be calling and texting some random voice actor he hired in 2007, and one has to wonder how someone being readmitted for their second suicide attempt would even be allowed access to their phone. But regardless of that, how could someone get this garbled voicemail of Shmorky talking about a hospital anyways?
There are a ton of posts on Mandy's facebook that are coming from Spokane Valley Hospital in early 2016. It's not hard to think of a scenario where she would have a voicemail like this saved from earlier last year. Soliloqueef also doesn't share screenshots of the text messages she claims she is receiving. Some users also question why he'd be texting soliloqueef in such a dire situation in the first place, as soliloqueef states that they weren't close at all.
Friends of Sandypants already claim that she's the same person as Peachesthepuppy, so we could reason that if Shmorky wasn't Sandypants, then he most likely isn't Peachesthepuppy either.
It feels a little too convenient that Shmorky would make a call to someone who supposedly isn't very close to him and also happens to be posting incriminating information about him on Kiwifarms at the same time. It also makes sense that Soliloqueef couldn’t actually claim to say that she knew Shmorky all that well, because if she did then all someone would have to do is go through his immediate social circle to find a matching voice and thus could figure out who she is. Kind of like we just did. And still, she never explains why Shmorky was calling some random voice actor he knew from 2007. Either way it seems incredibly unlikely that he's Sandypants or Peachesthepuppy.
2/26 quick important update: So this is interesting. Look at these posts that the user Soliloqueef posted on the forum
When I posted this a few days back I was immediately contacted by a user claiming to be Carefully here on Tumblr, and by searching up her username I was able to find her deviantart with the same unique name and some familiar looking art. I've withheld her actual username and resized the images so they can't be reverse searched, but I sent them to the mods on kiwiforums if you need confirmation of that.
It's weird to see voices that sound like Mandy and art that looks a lot like Carefully's. But in the end this doesn't really have anything to do with the main accusations. I’m still kind of confused where this part of the whole controversy came from in the first place, but I doubt there’s much truth to it.
So Shmork and some other adult had a diaper RP. Then the other person leaked the skype log, and acted like she was underage at the time. She wait a week before she says she wasn't. Some more comments from her in skype also imply that she might’ve been dishonest as to how old she actually was in the past. Shmorky’s ex-fiance says that Shmorky was an aggressive abuser, but then releases chat logs that completely contradict the majority of her claims. Also some stuff about sandypants happened that doesn’t really have much relevance other than that it could possibly point to foul play on Mandy and Carefully’s parts. That’s about it.
The sources used here are all available online, and quite a bit of it was published by Mandy or Carefully themselves. All the skype logs, all the profiles, etc. are publicly viewable and verifiable by anyone who wants to verify them, (link to all links) and I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so. I dont know why it has taken 2 months since this incident for anything to be said about this. The fact that this stuff is just sitting here and nobody has the slightest problem with people cheering on someone’s suicide is just plain fucked up. Weigh the evidence yourself and come to your your own conclusions. I'm still open to anyone who has problems with what i'm proposing here, so feel free to message me on this account if you want. addendum 4-1-17: Spent some time to update the story one more time. I originally wrote this stuff two months ago because I felt like someone was being seriously wronged. I still feel that way, but i've realized now that there's nothing more I can do and it's just not my battle to fight. The topic is just too uncomfortable for anyone to bother with, and at this point Shmorky just needs to come out and make his own case. I wrote this post to defend someone I thought was being wrongly accused of a fucked up crime and nothing more. Should it ever be proven or strongly implied that he in fact did hurt someone or break consent, then I will absolutely remove this post and make another post apologizing and sharing what I got wrong. For now the evidence seems to be in his favor and I can only wish him and his folks the best. Anyways, i'm done here. This post is a bit dated, but I still think it has some relevance.
