To my dear followers and fellow Shawols in mourning,

It has been a dark 17 hours for the world.

Some of us are crying in pain while others are numbed with shock.

Either way, it is proof that we are grieving the loss of a talented and beautiful man who dedicated his life to music: who opened up himself through his raw and honest lyrics so that we, as listeners and fans, might find comfort in knowing that we are not alone in our suffering.

To honour Jonghyun’s memory, I have decided to delete all my scenarios here, for they are too explicit and inappropriate in this time of mourning.

I pray, as we grieve the loss of one who is now with the stars, that we’ll find comfort in each other’s company, that we’ll know that in this time of pain, we are truly not alone.
