Hello, I have been MIA for a while, work was hectic in the summer and now that I'm back home for a while, I haven't stopped a day to write anything because I have been super busy and also because I've hit a slump.
I can't even pick up my notes to read and develop my ideas bc I stopped feeling connected to my writer side. I have been reading a lot, but not feeling inspired to even write a dot on the doc is what's getting me now :/
Usually even when I was not inspired I was still able to write bc I love the mechanics of writing, but I feel so out of tune with writing rn that I can't even do the mechanics and let the words flow.
I really hate feeling like this.
I've been writing for 15 years, and I've hit two big slumps in that time, and those slumps lasted 2 years. I felt close to hitting this slump two years ago but was still able to find a connection, rn I can't find it.
It could be the exhaustion and not being able to immerse myself in writing for hours on end as I could before. Adulting sometimes has these issues, especially when u do something out of passion :/
Let's hope that next month I'll be able to have more time to immerse myself in the writing spirit.
I probably can't show you much from the story without spoling it. I already showed a whole hex witch academy I created for the worldbuilding, now I'm going to show some visuals.
The story actually started by being inspired by the ON MV, but I think the FAKE LOVE MV visuals fit so much into the storyline that I literally had to use them for inspo.
I'm also going to show some visuals of the different type of witches I'll have. Some I can talk about without it being a spoiler, others I'll have to keep to myself.
We will have Elemental Witches, Energy Witches, Green Witches, Healer Witches, Hedge Witches, Hex Witches, Kitchen Witches, Spiritual Witches, and others I can't mention without spoiling it.
Some of these might have similar powers or belong to the same category, but I separated them by level of power, like a hierarchy pyramid. Though some might be slightly the same type of witches, there will be differences.
At the top are Elemental, Hedge, Hex and Healer Witches
In the middle Energy and Spiritual Witches because they somewhat are related to Hedge and Healer witches, but are below them.
And at the bottom of the hierarchy, it's the rest of the witches with some moral and political discussions of if some of them should be higher up or not.
The secret witch ranks are a mystery on their hierarchy position but they could be either at the very bottom or at the top.

Heritage: *
Mastered: Learned entirely through study, either from books, mentors, or training. While anyone can study magic, mastering its deeper intricacies can be extremely difficult. Some advanced magic may still require an innate connection to be fully harnessed.
Fusion: A combination of inheritance and learned skill. It requires study and discipline, but also an innate affinity that allows a person to develop magic into a true power.

A bloodline may have a natural inclination for a particular magic, but it still requires study and training from an early age to develop properly. The key factor is magical compatibility rather than direct inheritance.
Forms of Heritage:
Direct: Passed directly from parents.
Casual: Appears sporadically in ancestry, without a predictable pattern (e.g., a great-grandparent had the ability, and it may or may not manifest in a descendant).
Recurrent: Inherited in a structured way through lineage (e.g., every grandchild receives it, only daughters inherit it, or the nth child in a family develops it).
Designations of Witch Cohorts:
Clans: Small groups, often family-based, where members share similar magical traits or abilities.
Covens: Larger groups made up of multiple families that share common magical traits or powers (a coven can include multiple clans).
Covenants: Groups formed around a shared goal rather than shared magic. Members may have different or similar abilities, depending on the covenant’s purpose (covenants may also include clans).

I wrote FIVE (5) pages since may! 🎉🥳👏🎊🎇💃
I know I know, that's not much, but it was expected since I work seasonally and from May till November I'm unavaible to dedicate much time to writing and all the free time I have I just want to brainrot in my couch and watch a bunch of Youtube videos or bingewatch movies and tvshows.
Because of that I lost a bit of the spark I had when I started writing the witchy BTS story I had planned. It's also a complex storyline with lots of details and worldbuilding, so it's kind of hard to come back to writing it when I spend so long without writing it.
I end up loosing the flow and the inspiration and forget lots of details and end up having to read all of it all over again...
I know it sounds like a bunch of excuses, but no one is more disappointed than me.
ANYWAY
I might've come up with another story in the meantime. I won't start writing it, though, I'll just do some resumes to what I want to write in the future.
This new story will be a re-imagine of a very popular and very beloved (by me, mainly) book/movie series about a certain love triangle between a human, a vampire and a werewolf 👀

It's been a while since I wanted to read a BTS-Twilight re-write fanfic but I didn't actually find it, only universe inspired or just vampire related.
I'll be actually following the storyline as if BTS is the Twilight characters, but I'll be making creative alterations because I don't want a copy paste of Twilight, I want it to be a re-imagination of the story.
And if you're curious about who the main characters will be, I hope I don't disappoint you. I chose them based on my perception of who would fit better each character, it may or may not have any resemblance physically or personality wise.

Also, the romance will have a slight change futurely if I end up doing the whole saga as a retelling, because I saw a really cool theory about Jacob and since I won't be adding mpreg (might change my mind but there won't be no jacob/renesmee because that was fcking creepy!), this theory could very much solve all the problems but not in a creepy pdf file way, thank you very much.
As for the Cullen family, I made a slight change. I wanted no non-BTS members as the remaining two Cullen members, so I ended up eliminating/combining some characters.
Like, Esme and Alice will be played by the same BTS member, as well as Carlisle and Jasper.
Now you figure out who's who, and the only tip I'm giving is the pairings:
Jinkook and Minjoon
Fml, now looking at these gifs, I might change my mind because it would also fit the other way around... oh well, we will see when we get there. It will be a mistery for all of us!

I spent two hours designing (in writing) a whole four year magical system academics just so I wouldn't be lost whenever I mentioned briefly some disciplines of the curriculum 😐
As in, each year has Core Curriculum, Lab Work, Ethics Paper, Electives, Extracurriculars, Thesis, and Practical Exam with 6 trials.Will I be using any of this in depthWell, hm, uh, I don't think so? This is info for a character backstory 🫣 I got excited and wrote too much 🤷🏻♀️

Regarding my last project's announcement, the writing has been slow.
I have 5 chapters ready, but in truth, the size of the chapters equal to double of what I usually write, so I could say that I have 10 chapters ready?
Well, in terms of words I got already 25.6k, so it's basically half of the usual size of my stories. Might be a story that require 100k instead of 50k, but I don't think I can stretch it for as long.
The plot is a bit complex, each chapter focus on one of the members, but I'm stuck on the direction I want to take.
I'm kind of writing as I go, but I think that does not do me any good so I'll have sit down soon enough and write a resume of what I want the overall scenes to look like.
I probably should do a speed reading as well to see what was in my head at the time I wrote the chapters, and figure out the direction I want to take. Still unsure if there will be any romance at all, since the main focus is mystery and low fantasy...
I mean, I got two exes and a third member involved in the middle... But as I write I haven't yet gotten the vibe to make it a romance. Hm. Let's see what can I squeeze out of this story.

So, this website I don't actually use for font formating, but for very specific reasons.
If my text is by mistake in all uppercase or if I want to turn all text in lowercase or mix-match, this is where I go.
Although I haven't used these features yet, theres other sections of this website that are awesome. For example, if you want to transform your text into binary code, morse code, base64 encoder, you can head to the code and data translation section and you can find several options to encode your text!
So, I'm preparing more stuff for one of my next projects (not the next one bc I wanna do something smaller and chill and this one will only work when I can dedicate myself full time which is only after mid November) and I was so stuck on how the story would go/start.
I had the overall idea, but I couldn't move forward with planning the chapters and I couldn't work around it. So I realized that I couldn't use the real life placement of the story bc it wouldn't work (meaning, I couldn't use real life Seoul location for what I need).
It's not the first time I use imaginary places in modern settings because it's hard to figure out layout of a place you never went and have no clue how it is! Even if you can see maps online, you can't actually visualize how streets, buildings and other stuff are.
So after coming to terms with that, I decided to use the Seoul map layout and even most of the districts in Seoul and their names, to base my story and create from zero all the background of the locations.
It helped the setting of the story so much that I was able to write the beginning of the first chapter, something that I was really struggling to do and falling flat on it. Without a good introduction, it becomes n times harder to develop a good base for the rest of the story.
I'll keep writing whatever I can and later so it will be easier for me to pick the project up in November.

One day, TAE disappears after a small malfunction that allowed TAE to make his own decisions. The always so-curious AI, ventures himself outside, seeing the world for the first time. In his own distraction, TAE almost runs a person over.
(Member x) is a college student that works in a bar near the campus to afford his studies, even though he has a scholarship. But juggling studies and work, especially with his thesis due date approaching, leaves him stressed out. Because of that, he loses track of time in the library, and he runs out to go to work, knowing that if he arrives late once again, he might get fired.
In his haste to reach it, he crosses the road without seeing the car approach, almost getting himself ran over.
MAIN IDEA: The story will not start as Tae x (member x), it will rather be a romance between Namjoon, Seokjin, and (member w), and later on, have a small focus on Tae x (member x)!
I'm still unsure what member should be paired with Tae. The commissioner can choose between Yoongi, Jimin, or Jungkook.
Namjin have a complicated relationship, because they're stepbrothers and in love. Tae is Namjoon's biological brother.
The other team member also gets involved with both of them. My first thought was Jimin or Jungkook, so depending on who commissioners choose to be with TAE, one of these two will be part of a throuple with Namjin.

Yoongi is in love with Jungkook and Hoseok is in love with Jimin, but Jikook are in love with each other so their mutual friends, knowing about Yoonseok's feelings, suggest them to date.
