Eolas knew there were two rooms in this place for a reason. The elf had spent the greater half of her time inside just, looking around, trying to assess the area like it was filled with traps or something. It was gonna take more than the offer of a roof and bed to get the commander to lower her guard.
Though the voice that came from the front room did make her ears twitch. No.. They wouldn't have brought a kid here, right ?
The elf peaked around the corner of the hall and- Shit, they absolutely would. Eolas wiped a hand over her face and stepped out, hands curled up near her chest.
" Not alone no, and not a... Robot-thing- Whatever that means. Just an elf who's probably as confused as you are kid. "
Wow... she was definitely different like the rest of ENCOY, but not a bad different. Rather, she looked like a character out of that nerd game that Dipper and Ford played, but real! And far stronger. "S-sorry," Mabel offered shyly, still unsure if knowing there was someone here meant good news or bad news, "Outside there. It's all... robots. Preeeetty strange place, here. And that's coming from me, who knows a thing or two about strange."
She took a few steps forward, chancing this meeting and hoping the woman was kinder than who'd been met so far. "Does that mean they brought you here too? With that quiz-thing?"
