Last 28 of december, the Miku Blog talked about this collaboration festival. So, I'm linking the specific posts from each artist. The piapro blog has gotten better at giving artist credit, but still has a long way to go.
The first illustration is by 胡麻乃りお (@gomalio_y on Twitter).
The second illustration is by 七魚 (@_nanawo on Twitter).
None of the illustrations had credits about the costume designs on the blog nor the artist's accounts so I can only assume each illustrator design their correspondent costumes for each characters. Under the cut there are photos of the merch based on the illustration for the event. Here's where to buy it. All the photos were taken from the Miku Blog, and they have the quality of the blog, because they don't usually put much effort on that.
HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 10th Anniversary Café Illustration
Last 24 of december, on the Hatsune Miku Blog they talked about the last Miku Expo Café.
The illustration was drawn by 緜/wata based on 岩十 (iwato)'s Miku Design for the 10th Hatsune Miku Expo. Neither the Miku designer, the illustrator, the blog nor the website adressed the rest of the vocaloid's designs so I could only assumed it was made by the illustrator, but there is no confirmation of that.

Beat Eater - ポリスピカデリー feat. 初音ミク / Police Piccadilly
Best known for it's Project Sekai version, the Hatsune Miku version of Beat Eater was produced by Police Piccadilly.
The illustration and Miku design are by A.YAMI.
