Eilidh wasn’t expecting anyone to be at her door today, most people were either at work or keeping inside away from the cold, but what she certainly didn’t expect was someone who lived thousands of miles away on the doorstep. After a single glance at the shivering woman, Eilidh squealed in excitement and pulled Flutura into a tight hug. It wasn’t long before she began to feel the bite of the cold air and let go, a million questions now racing through her mind, “Oh my god you’re… oh come in come in! You’ll be glad to hear I’ve got the fire on.”
Flutura was very glad to be swept in, but it was a little surprising. Managing to not fall over her feet, she struggled to remove her hands from her pockets. “Ah - Hello! Yes, yes - I am!” She regained her balance, standing up. Straightening herself out, she removes her scarf, suddenly very flustered. “How are you, Eilidh?” Placing her hands on the woman’s shoulders, she leans forwards, gently pressing a kiss to the corner of Eilidh’s lips. “Sorry for the surprise. I just wanted to see you, I guess.”
