Currently replaying episode 6 of Dispatch and the conversation on the balcony with Chase is just so clearly the Chekov's gun to him deciding to go after Visi.

Chase verbatim says "I had a good run."

Then asks if Robert ever thinks about why they do what they do, putting it all on the line for people who won't do the same in return, or even care essentially.

Depending on your answer, the gist of Robert's response, in my playthrough at least, is that it's the right thing to do. He descends into the story of Visi being low and planning on quitting the team and tells Chase what he told her, "You make up your own fate".

That man (Chase) was listening too intently!
