It's the farewell to the Monkey and a hello to the Rooster. It's my first Chinese New Year in Singapore and it's wonderful seeing customs all around the city. They have miniature orange trees at the entrances, lots of red lanterns, exchanging of red envelopes and a gifting a load of oranges! We're currently eating a lot of orange summer salads, orange carrot soup and everything orange! Wish this year brings in a lot of good luck and prosperity to one and all!
