How did I not see this. Peter having spotty attendance but brilliant grades and then has to bring the baby because it's a test and he can't miss. Prof Stark asks him to stay after when he finishes the test/ practical, and then asks if childcare is why Peter has been missing classes.

Peter breaks down crying after admitting that it is because his aunt has wanted him to put the baby up for adoption, but Peter couldn't bear it so she had refused to help, and just called him stubborn.

Tony tells him never to skip a class for that again, and that the little prince is always welcome to come be his assistant teacher. Peter's son just giggles and claps.

Really want to make it omegaverse too, and Alpha Tony smells good and they don't have an Alpha to scent mark them even so Peter gets catcalled a lot and people make comments about this is why Omegas shouldn't be allowed on campus after welping.

Tony shuts it down whenever he hears it and always brags about how Peter is smarter than anyone that's ever taken his classes. Even after Peter finishes his classes, Tony offers to babysit during office hours and lives teaching baby Ben how to build things and about high level engineering while his mama is in class.

Needless to say, no one is surprised when Peter's graduation announcement is quickly followed by a mating one, and the news that Ben is going to be a big brother.

Ohhh like maybe it starts out with Peter mentioning missing another class because their sitter quit, so does Tony mind if he misses class to do the make up because it's super important or he'll fail class B. After that, Tony's like look, he's a cutie and he likes me so just bring his bag and drop him with me.

The first time it happens, someone is brave enough to ask who the kid is. Tony just nonchalantly says this is Ben, he's my assistant today and if you make him cry I'm taking 10% off your grade.

After that, no one even blinks when Tony has Ben on his hip, in a backpack carrier, or just building quietly at his desk. And maybe Ben's been in the lectures enough that sometimes he picks things up so when Tony's asking his 3rd section the same question for the day, Ben cheerfully shouts the answer and Tony just picks him up while cooing at home smart he is and clearly he pays more attention than the big kids in the class. A+ for Ben, give him a degree now.
