The amnesiac visibly brightened up when the two seemed to cheer up; he knew it was probably fake, but he could pretend otherwise, at least.

"Oh— I’m being rude. Before you go— uh.. Kurosaki, was it? I’d like to introduce you two to Tohruo, my boyfriend." Yuu gestured to the blond boy beside him, giving a smile. "He’s helped me out a lot in the past few months and apparently before that too."

Yuu then turned his attention back to Kaede, giving a soft “oh yeah” before beginning to search his pockets for his crumpled up schedule. “I have it somewhere in here—they told me it was my old room, if that helps any..”

Riku had already turned and was slowly trying to make her way out of the situation. Of course she felt a bit bad for throwing poor Kaede under the bus like that, but any more moments around them all would probably cause her to snap. What she didn’t expect, though, was Yuu calling out to her by her last name.She turned to look at the blonde boy, eyes locking with him for a second..

Boyfriend?  Huh, that was certainly news as well.

"Ah, Tohruo-kun, its very nice to meet you! Thank you so much for taking care of Yuu. You all should get out of this hall quick—mid-afternoon classes are almost up and this place will be flooded. Now, if you’d excuse me." She offered another smile before turning around once more, continuing her stride away from the three boys.

If you followed her for long enough, you could see her raise a hands to her face right when she turned the corner.

Kaede cocked a brow at that - the mention of Yuu’s companion being his boyfriend, and mulled over if he had ever mentioned a Tohruo in the past. However, his thoughts were cut short when he saw Riku begin down the hallway and finally around the corner and out of sight. Leaving him alone. With Yuu and his boyfriend

"Oh - uh, your old room?" The blue-haired boy waved his free hand dismissively, hoisting one of his bags a bit more up his shoulder. He offered a smile, albeit a touch forced, before turning down and beginning slow walk down the hallway - waiting for the two to start following him.

"I’m pretty sure I remember where that is. C’mon."

Yuu smile at that-- at least they could find his room pretty easy, after all. The boy gave up his search for his registration paper in favor of tagging along after Kaede, slinging his own bag over his shoulder and glancing behind him to make sure Tohruo was following.

"Sooo.. What's it like here? Are the students nice? Classes too hard or too easy? Gotta know what I'm getting myself into, y'know?"

"Hang on to my sleeve if you think you’ll zone out." She said, motioning to her shirt sleeve before leading the way. Ah, how nostalgic~ It was the same as the first time, as well.

But it wasn’t the same at all. “Neh, how has your first few days here at school? I hope they’ve been fine.”

"You got it, Kurosaki!" Yuu gladly grabbed onto her wrist, thankful for the extra guidance.

"Ahh, everyone seems really nice! There's a few people who seem to have known me, but for the most part I'm just the new kid, y'know? It's kinda fun."

"Hmm, I’ll help you look then! It sure sounds fun, and it’s not like I was up to anything. Where should we look first?"
