Hi there! The popular secret santa event within the Dangan Ronpa fandom is back! We look forward to hosting another successful year and hope to spread lots of Hope and Cheer this holiday season. Hello! I’m mod Kuzuryuu! And before we start announcing why we’re so festive I would love to give a shoutout to @shslsecretsanta for an amazing two years running dangan secret santa! I know that a lot of the mods here really enjoyed secret santa, and would love it again. But since you were busy, you were unable to host it again this year! It was a bummer, but we had high hopes!

And with that I officially announce that signups are open! We’ll be hosting it this year, as we plan to try and keep the original tradition the same and how we all know and loved. Signups go from today till the 6th of December, and all of us mods are real excited! The signup is a link on our blog, or click on the link here

Are you guys gonna do another secret santa this year?

After talking with all of the mods from previous years, we’ve decided to not do the Secret Santa event this  year.

It was a pleasure modding it the past two years, but we’re now too busy to organize and host the event.

However, if anyone else decides to make their own event I’d be happy to advertise it here on this blog! Just let us know.

A Somewhat Belated Announcement

Hey, there. It’s Mod Chihiro.

I know I’ve been rather MIA for a good two-three months, but the situation with gifts remains the same.

As of now, we have 26 gifts that still need to be made. We have had 11 volunteer santas (although they volunteered some time ago so I’m not quite sure if they’d still like to participate with how much time I’ve let slip by).

I will be making some of the gifts, but, quite frankly speaking, I can’t make all of them. As such, if there’s anyone out there who still is interested in helping out, please do. I have noted down the people who didn’t get gifts as well.

At this point in time...

We have well over 30 participants that have given gifts and not given any, while there have been 7 participants that have neither given nor gotten gifts.

To simplify matters, those 7 participants will not be receiving gifts from the volunteer santas.

If you have not submitted a gift for anyone until this point in time, the deadline has passed, several times over. The mods understand that real life may get in the way of exchanges such as these, but at the same time, please message us if problems arise.

We are still searching for volunteer santas, and thank you to those who have stepped up so far!

As such, our number of volunteers is 8, not including the mods (who will also be making presents as time allows). If you have any spare time, please consider volunteering!
