This is mostly why I was kinda upset about not getting to do my murder. It was gonna be a bang! My friend made this super cool body reaction for Amaris' death. Gore/blood/death tws! And it's like the Dangan Ronpa game body discoveries, so be warned before you click play!

Be warned! Art is mine uvu. Also this was supposed to be cut into 2 posts, the first one ending just before where the picture is.

The soft ping of your keycard at around 5 in the morning jostles you from your sleep, the soft light burning at your eyes. You can only think “no”, and hope this doesn’t mean someone else is dead, but your worst fears are unfortunately confirmed.
You look at the card with dread, its words hard to read in the bright light of the screen. It reads as follows:
"It’s a shame so few of you are left, but as you all grow closer this become so much more fun. As a reward, please come outside! I’ve prepared a great present of my gratitude, a dazzling show under the last light of the moon. Best of luck."
You bolt from your room, down the stairs, not stopping to look back at all. Someone else was dead. You’re too scared to see if anything inside was out of the ordinary. There were so few of you left that it could almost be no one but someone you’re close to. Dashing out alongside your remaining friends, you try to account for who you can and can’t see but it’s impossible to tell with all of the worrying. It’s cloudy, but you can tell that the sun is only just beginning to rise from behind the clouds. You look around and your eyes fall on the tree.

From a distance, you wouldn’t be able to tell that what was there was a body. It looked normal, she was almost always there. Faintly swaying, she looked quite the same as usual. But she didn’t hop down to join your worry. And there was blood.
Amaris Langley. She just dangled there, her hands bound and holding her up in a loose knot. She lacked her usual gloves, and her bare hands were unveiled. Her right was a typical delicate hand, covered in freckles and sticky red blood. Her left, too, was stained, but it was pale porcelain and the fingers were bent and snapped at odd angles, some frayed wires poking from the prosthetic joints. You can hardly bear to look at her face, her once lively eyes now glazed over, forever staring toward the ground. The most sickening detail, however, was the silver bow tied around her neck, like she was a little giftwrapped present. You were almost thankful that it covered up what seemed to be the fatal wound, but tied in a cute bow like that just seemed to be making a mockery of her. Blood seeped from a wound on her shoulder; it looked deep and painful, and a similarly deep wound tore her tights just beneath the edge of her skirt, staining the thick, white fabric she wore on her legs with sickening, deep red. Her silver shoes were still on her feet, though trickles of blood had dripped down from her leg wound.
You wait a second. Maybe she’ll move, smile and laugh and tell you she got bored and was just playing a joke.
But she stays there, hanging, her eyes glued to the grass beneath her, swaying in the early morning breeze.
Various analyses of different AU Amarises (Amarii? How would you pluralize Amaris?)
Homestuck AU Amaris:
Homestuck!Amaris is a Sylph of Breath, her land is the Land of Breezes and Plains, her sprite is Krelisesprite, her strife specibus is scarfkind, her fetch modus is Drop, and her chumhandle is aurorasAerialist.
Her title, Sylph of Breath, comes from her caring nature and "healer" type quality and her great longing for freedom, love of being in the air, and typical association with more light, airy elements. Breath deals with not only the Breeze itself, but also may represent freedom and "rising up". Amaris above all wants to help her friends to gain freedom, and as a Sylph of Breath she can "heal" that freedom. It can also be speculated that she is physically able to heal using Breath, or she is able to restore someone's breath to them (for example, if you stop breathing). The inversion of Sylph of Breath is Prince of Blood. A Prince of Blood would destroy unity, or uses unity, relationships, and affection to destroy. Amaris would never want to break bonds, so her total inversion being a character who is supposed to break them fits the opposition of her views. It also fits snugly into the inadvertent inversion, depending on how things go in the future.
In the opposite AU. Amaris' inverted self, or antitype self, is a mature, intelligent, no-bullshit kind of girl who takes less pride in the art of her talent than the fact that she can present herself as an "heiress" rather than a circus performer. She's far more self-conscious about her body, however there are a few backstory differences that for the sake of spoilers I won't get into just yet. However one big difference is that opposite Amaris lacks the injuries from the tiger incident- opposite Amaris, being more sensible and less impulsive than the real Amaris went to get help when the tiger went to attack her sister rather than jumping head-on into the fray. This, however, cost her time, and unfortunately the help came all too late.

The Moon and the Stars [Amaris|Execution Reaction]
"...No..."
This couldn't be happening. She didn't want this to happen. This wasn't what was supposed to happen.
"Why... Why why why..."
She could scarcely form a thought, only trying to process everything.
She was glad Ramona had hit Absolon. Saying such things about someone in their moment of death... It was wrong.
The tears didn't stop. She didn't deserve to cry, she may have been friends with him but they weren't particularly close. She didn't deserve to be upset. There were people who needed to be upset more than she did.
When she began speaking, she could hardly tell what words came from her mouth.
"Don't... Don't execute anyone else...! Even if someone else kills. Don't do it! Just... Execute me instead! It's better... B-better to execute someone w-who has... Real blood on their hands than... Than something like this!"
Real blood? What was she talking about? Poor, dear, sweet, precious Amaris had blood on her hands? It seemed uncanny.
Her eyes fell to Stella, who had fallen unconscious, then to Ramona, who was huddled on the ground in tears. She wanted to help them... She would help them.
Internally, Amaris made a vow for as long as she remained alive here that she would protect those two. It was the least she could do for a friend, right?
But she feared her stay at this hotel might be ending sooner than she wants it to.
Her eyebrows furrowed slightly, her worry only increasing. Amaris was usually the one to comfort anyone, so to see her in this kind of state was heartbreaking.
"It’s… okay, Amaris. I-I mean, if ya can’t deal with blood, then that’s that. Nobody woulda… force ya ta investigate if- if it woulda only freak ya out", Stella whispered softly as she went to Amaris’ side and gently placed her hand on the ginger’s back, slowly starting to soothingly rub it.
"There are also other places ya can look fer, Amaris. And… I mean, I also coulda share with ya what I found so far. And which places ya shoulda probably… avoid. I mean, maybe ya coulda ask people ‘bout some stuff or something?", she suggested to Amaris as she continued to stay by her side, mentally cursing herself to be not more of a help.
"If… If ya want t’ talk ‘bout somethin’, I’m here, okay?"
Amaris nodded, taking a deep breath and trying to calm herself down. She was soothed slightly by Stella's hand on her back, and she settled tremendously from her original state.
"Thank you, I appreciate your kindness. I know no one would force me, but I feel like I wouldn't be able to help at all if I weren't to. My trial room is... Struggling, to say the least. We had the culprit both times... And we messed up, too. I don't want that to happen again."
She smiled a bit at Stella's offer.
"That would be very helpful. I want to help my trial, since going with instinct last time ended up, well... Yeah."
She shifted her eyes, a little down, a bit to the side, and then made eye contact with Stella.
"I'm usually the one giving put the support, hehe... The tables turning is a little odd for me. Thank you. I don't know if I'm quite ready to talk about it yet, though. Even after all this time..."
The last days had certainly taken a token on Stella and it showed gravely - messy hair, glasy eye, dark bags under her eyes, pale skin and she didn’t even wore her blue lipstick like she used to. If one would bother to inspect her lips more closely, one would see that there was a small wound - probably from biting.
Overall, Stella just looked completely exhausted.
This still didn’t stop her from walking around the hotel, either investigating the murder case at hand or just stretching her legs out. Right now, she headed down to the lobby, probably to get herself a drink - she didn’t liked to admit it, but she had severaly neglected to keep herself hydrated and fed. She knew it was stupid to not take care of herself better, but she just couldn’t bring herself to do more. As soon as she took one bite, she already felt her stomach revolting and the last she needed was to throw up.
A groan escaped her throat as she rubbed her temples, trying to pull herself together. Right now, she needed to focus, no matter what. She could feel all miserable after the culprit had been dealt with.
Though as she finally reached the lobby, she caught a glimpse of a figure not far away from her. Blinking, she looked at said figure, only to see Amaris sitting on a chair, face buried in her arms. This made her worry instantly, because normally, the ginger would hang around in high places or sit in the kitchen, but not in the lobby.
Pushing aside all of her own needs - she could drink later, this was more important right now - Stella approached the other girl, concern crossing her features.
"Amaris…? Are… Are ya alright?", this was a stupid question, but right now, her brain couldn’t work up anything else. You go, brain.
The ginger girl perked up her head at the sound of a familiar voice.
"Stella...? I'm... no, not really."
She wasn't going to lie to seem alright or to make her not worry. She felt bad; Stella looked like she'd been doing enough worrying from the looks of it.
"I just... I can't deal with the... the blood..."
Her breath quivered, like she was holding back tears or another panic attack. She didn't know what to do. She had always been the advice-giver, and this was the first time she felt truly alone.
"I want to help, I don't want to mess up again, like last time. But I can't do anything because I'll freak out again if I try to investigate... it brought up a bad memory."
She shut her eyes tightly, begging the tears to cease their threat of spilling.
is had cooped herself up in her room for a long time, but this morning she finally worked up the courage to walk out of her room. She was thankful she wasn't on the same floor as the body, and she felt terrible for thinking that. The blood... It hurt too much to think about that much blood. She was too young the first time she saw that much blood from one body.
She went down into the lobby and pulled out a chair, sitting in it with caution and slouching herself over, leaning her elbows on her knees and burying her face in her hands.
She hadn't known him, or anything about him. She knew some of her friends were close with him. She felt awful all the same, though.
Seeing a human in that state only reminded her of the blood on her hands. She had only been a child, only just a child. A stupid, stupid child. She had the sickness of blood guilt that she could never wash away.
She craved for someone to walk into the to, anyone, it could be anyone at this point. She needed someone who would listen to her, who would help her, comfort her. She needed that now, and that was what she needed above all else.
The ping of the card made her sick to her stomach. She read through the message, not quite understanding the twisted puns or what they were for.
All she knew was that it meant someone was dead.
That was unacceptable.
She rushed from her place above the kitchen, high-tailing it through the lobby with her scarf blazing behind her like a trail of white light.
Up the stairs, don't trip on your scarf, up the stairs, hope it's a joke this time, up the stairs, know it's never a joke, up the stairs, just hope it's not someone you're terribly close to, up the stairs, feel bad for thinking that.
When she reached the elevator, she halted to a stop and covered her mouth. The scene was bloody, too bloody, not like the other two, It was brutal and terrifying and it brought up bad memories of seeing blood like that. Bad memories she wanted to go away, that she pushed away so much, but the sight of blood, that much blood, couldn't help but unearth them from the back of her mind.
((backstory spoilers & tw: panic attack below!))
"They call me Kreft. I'm sure will be great friends, Bird!"
The bloody scene triggered the echo of a young boy's voice in her head, a memory from her past that she never wanted to resurface. She felt sick, and a noise made itself known to her ears...
Oh, it was her own scream.
She retreated down the stairs, heart pounding and breath moving a mile a minute. She shut herself in her room, shaking, feeling like her heart was ready to explode and her throat would close and choke her to death. She leaned against her wall, hoping that it would all just go away.
"I'm going to die... I'm going to die..."
She hugged her knees and sobbed, still shaking and feeling like she could pass out at any second.
My muses are always in a perpetual state of growing, because we as human beings are always growing and changing. It seems strange, to me, that your main protagonist in the story of their lives, would remain a static character.
