I like this photo because it looks like he’s on the toilet.

During this week I realized we only have two weeks left. It’s almost bitter sweet in a way though. I will be SO happy to go home and see Matt, but at the same time i’ll be leaving London. The city I have loved for my entire life. And we have been doing so many cool things! Today we went to the British Library and I saw the Magna Carta! Who in their life time gets to see the freaking Magna Carta!!??? I will be heading back tomorrow to see the full museum since we really didn’t have time and zoomed over to the library, but, still. I saw the Magna Carta! Thinking of all the thought that went into that and the historically famous people who even touched it. I had to nerd out just a little bit. I just love the history here so much. If the taxes weren’t so horrendous I would move here in a heart beat.

I don’t want to leave but I want to go home so badly. My family just needs to come here. I’ve even begun to say things more British. I am home. I feel so much more comfortable saying “queuing up” rather than “getting in line.” The amount of British television I have watched has prepared me for this very moment. It’s such a dream to be here. I just wish I could be with my family.

I love the cars and the native people and the roads and the buildings. And the weird statues at the British Library that looks like a man on a toilet!

Well, i’m excited for tomorrow though.... I’m getting my tattoo. The map of the United Kingdom. But there will be a full separate post about that one.
