Sincere apologies for not being here as of late . but now i'm on spring break & can take more tasks on . mostly , i've been on my main muse though , so do feel free to follow her too ! ! & if you still want a starter from max , like this post , would you ? my main muse also has a starter offer going ~

after all, homura wasn’t known for being photogenic, or even being in photos at all. usually she looked horrible in them, so it was preferred that she not appear in any at all. but why would this stranger want to take a picture of her at all? there wasn’t much interesting to photograph.
" well, yeah, if you want to, I guess . don't be nervous about it. I promise I won't take anything embarrassing of you . " max can understand sometimes looking at a picture of yourself can be a bit of an experience , but it a bad one or not . she wanted to make this one good , after all , it wasn't every single day she got such a pretty looking model to use , right ? ? " I promise the first one will be all I need to take . " Anything horrible ... and she'd just rewind to get the perfect shot to show her muse here .

Chloe really was glad for the distraction from thoughts of her step-douche, though— Which is why a smile spread across her face at her friend’s words. Good to see that inherently nerdy part of her was still there…
"I think it’s hella awesome to be living by yourself. Don’t have to deal with as much drama right?"
" wouldn't go that far . in the end, i'm still in blackwell. the gossip is still flying around all the time anyway. " sure, not having a roommate was quite the plus for her considering how terrible some of the students could be about that kind of thing. but it wasn't like max even paid much attention to the idea that some girl slept with some guy or that a teacher was a drug addict in their spare time . it simply wasn't that interesting to a girl like her in the origins of it . and it might even just hurt someone too , which wasn't max's forte . chloe would know that best , after all . to a degree .

mean girls' rip - off . max hadn't been one for public events . nothing even as small as public speaking was interesting to her these days as she wasn't exactly the type to jump up and yell out an answer of any kind . but by herself was another story --- especially given new music to listen to ! that was why she ended up singing away quietly to herself for a while as she drew over her board a picture in which she would be more . . . proud to hang up outside her dorm . as she drew , the music and the drawing engulfed her exponentially to the point where she didn't even notice she was singing out loud in the hall . quiet , slow , but singing all the same . Well, she had, but… That was neither here nor there. The point was that he was being unreasonable and she needed to get away from him for a bit.
"You’re still the ninja though— And you should teach me some of that stuff someday, sensei.”
She laughed, with that, before looking around the room and smiling softly at her old friend.

" max would figure that much . he was a nut over the idea of controlling things , to her . she didn't understand why he would put such things up around the school other than some sick fetish ! ! but she wasn't going to try and bring him up much now at least , it wouldn't be doing any good for chloe anyway . " ah ? you think so ? i don't have the intimate plasure of having a roommate so -- guess I'm stuck at the same level of ' alone ' as cloud strife right now . "

The blue-haired climbed up and through the window, then, narrowly avoiding knocking over the plant that her old friend had growing in the light. This was her first time being in one of Blackwell’s rooms, and… It was smaller than she expected. Definitely was very Max-like, though, ranging from the pictures on the wall to the old stuffed animal lying on the bed.
"It should only be for tonight. The step-douche was being hella nosy, like usual. Ever since that shit with the weed… I needed to get away for a night."
max knew that the other's step father could be a little out there in a sense, so she knew better than to ask much about what had happened to her to make her want to drive all the way to blackwell and practically break into her room . though max visibly jumped a bit when she nearly knocked over her baby plant there --- just a little, and let chloe use the desk as a way of steadying herself again on the actual floor instead of the seal . to do anything like this --- made her wonder if chloe signed up for parkour class while she was away ! ! " what's that asshole doing now ? must've been bad if you came all the way over here and hunted me down . thought i was supposed to be the ninja here ! "

the bystander . max hadn't been the one zoning out this time at least . what had caught her attention had been a muse with quite the appearance passing on by her , probably looking for something or a classroom to go and attend . lectures having been over for the afternoon , she didn't even have to hunt them anymore --- but that didn't mean that just because the lectures were over that she should stop taking pictures . after all , one said that out of a thousand pictures , maybe only one would be the right one . the perfect one . " ... Gotcha . "

the bodyguard . max ... didn't have a roommate . it wasn't because she was awful or had bad habits or anything , but mostly because there wasn't any other child to have her really room with here , being the new one and only one for quite some time for the campus of prestigious blackwell academy . and honestly, max didn't end up minding much either -- it was quiet and she managed to get some fair amount of work done in these moments in her escape . however , who would have thought a certain someone would have scared her this bad so suddenly ? to come and stay after confinement to their rooms had been issued and lights had been out in the main building for some time . . . either way , she couldn't keep her window closed to this one , could she ? " You can't make a habit out of this ... ! "
