Anxiety

I'm starting to spiral downwards. My anxiety literally took over me last night at my birthday. I kicked everyone out early. Hopefully my doctors appointment in 2 weeks will give me some positivity. Today I fear that LSD may get into my body if I eat anything. It sounds crazy, but my logic doesn't lesson the fear. I bought a lot of bleach today. I've bleached almost all my dishes and many surfaces. It's comforted me. GO BLEACH. And shit, if it doesn't work out, I can always put the bleach in my food. It's an option. But let's wait until after my doctors appointment.
