I’ve been rereading the Shuuen manga, and god, I forgot just how unhinged A-ya’s character introduction is. Like, the order in which we learn information about him is fucking WILD.

Man really starts his narration like “Hi readers, my name is A-ya, and I’m BORED. I feel like I’m being watched all the time, but it’s chill ‘cause I’m kinda into it. I am SUPER pessimistic. Also I’m friends with the hottest girl in school, but I don’t get why people like her. Did I mention my biggest hobby is spreading fake rumors about people? I hate all my friends. We hang out in an abandoned building where a bunch of people fucking died.”
