( kim taehyung. twenty-four. he/him. ) SHYLO BAE, or SHY, has been at THE OLD CHURCH for TWO MONTHS and is currently a SUPPLY MANAGER. their fellow survivors say they’re quite GENEROUS, IDEALISTIC but i’ve heard whispers that they’re also MORBID, GREEDY. but, one thing is certain, they’ve survived this long for a reason.

this is the story of shylo bae and the no-good very bad horrible day.
one moment he’s logging hours on a farm somewhere in nowhere, ohio and the next the world’s falling apart. far from home, he phoned his parents and was told to stay put, finding shelter with his professor and a handful of other students on a nearby farm when the highways shut down. a few weeks passed and they saw their first biter --- unfortunately for a few of shylo’s classmates, who succumbed to sickness and then, re-awoke as cannibals. shylo freaked the hell out like everyone else, but his spiral gave him focus, ironically enough, and he pulled through with the rest of his camp to study the walkers. notes, experiments, observations. a familiar routine. they lasted in the barn for months without incidence, but a violent looting two months ago sent him running for sanctuary to the old church camp.

101. shylo’s better with his hands. they’re better with the plans. together, they’re working on giving electrical power back to the people. ( and shylo knows where to find some solar panels . . . )
102. they follow shylo out to his “secret lab” and discover plans he has for studying this wave of viruses. maybe they even decide to help him. or maybe they don’t even know what they’re looking at yet.
103. shylo’s desperate for certain supplies, and despite his reservations, he goes with them on a run outside of camp. there, he’s met with a difficult challenge --- broken glasses.
104. they’re from another camp and are eager to get their hands on the church’s supplies. shylo’s good about staying honest to the people he’s homed with, but they’re offering him something hard to refuse.
105. he ran into them weeks before he came to the old church. whether they know it or not, they took something important from him when they took his supply pack. he wants it back.
106. shylo needs a zombie. alive. they’re willing to help him capture one.
107. there’s no cartoons or traveling and shylo’s got more free time than he can handle. he’s using this to learn some new skills --- sewing, art, needlepoint, pottery-making. anything fortheloveofgod please
108. trading favors for favors. it’s the new currency. shylo helps them out with a project at their camp, and in return, they’ll help him when he decides the time’s right.
109. before the End, they might’ve been the kind to enjoy each other’s company over a beer. for now, they’ll settle for talking dreams under the stars on guard duty.
110. close encounters make them settle a pact --- if he’s bitten, shylo wants to be locked in his lab and studied. if they’re bitten, shylo gets them For Science ( or something )
111. shylo makes a desperate run back home with them and they find out he’s basically holding zombies hostage in their old bedroom.

006. our muses have been traveling the roads for weeks now, searching for a new place to rest their heads. they finally run into a town that appears promising …
007. your muse crashes in on my muse’s shelter, begging my muse to let yours stay for the night at least.
008. our muses are traveling up north when they run into a community. after some time, they decide to communicate with the leader of the community to try and get a place to stay. but something about this place just doesn’t seem right …
009. your muse is the leader of a community and my muse is the newest traveler to find it. your muse tries to gauge out if mine is a good addition for the community or not.
010. it has been weeks and our muses have gotten no luck in looking for a solid place to stay. it’s been messing with their mental, physical and emotional health … they’re very close to splitting up. they need to find something soon.

013. your muse finds mine injured, your muse has to decide whether to help mine or leave them there to die. my muse is begging yours for help and is offering to give or do anything in return.
014. our muses are the leaders of their respective groups, they’ve agreed to meet to discuss a peace treaty. little do they know, they both planned to surprise attack the other.
015. our muses are caught in a heated war between their respective groups. my muse corners yours in a secluded area, they’re both about to attack until they realize … our muses are significant others that had gotten separated when the outbreak started months ( or even years ) ago.

016. my muse has the flu. a usually curable illness, but they ran out of medicine and now they have to find a way to go out and look for some without straining my sick muse even more.
017. our muses find themselves totally exposed in an open area with zombies staggering around them. they have to find a way to safety and fast.
018. our muses are leaders of their respective groups, both communities have been striving for over a year now. our muses are meeting to try and talk about the prospect of working together, trading, etc. maybe even come up with some kind of route so members ( and our muses ) can visit each other.
019. our muses are hungry and, by the grace of luck, there seems to be an animal they can eat and hunt. though, unable to use their guns with a fear that the noise would attract the dead, our muses need to find a way to trap that animal before they starve to death.
