Chloe honestly had no idea as to how the rocks got there, but they had actually collected over time. Maybe one day she would clean them out, but that day was not today.

      -- At the sight of dark blue hair, Chloe knew instantly who she was seeing. Eyes widening and lips parting slightly, the girl went from a slow walk to a fast one, and gradually to a full sprint towards the other.

There were no words running through Chloe’s head. Her mind was racing, but not with words -- just emotions. Ambivalent feelings came through over the other; Chloe was so overjoyed about seeing them again, but at the same time filled with despair over having not seen them for so long.

Maybe it was Chloe’s fault -- maybe she had done something to make them separated for so long once again -- but then again, maybe it was all in her head. Of course, even if it was all in her head, she wasn’t going to stop thinking it wasn’t.

As soon as she reached the other, Chloe opened her arms wide and hugged them tightly. She didn’t want to let go -- not now, not ever again. She could finally wrap her head around one word -- a name, to be exact. Their name.
