I want you to dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in a cup of water.  If the salty taste is too unpleasant for you, add a small amount of honey to sweeten the mixture a bit.  Honey is good for the throat as well.  Gargle the mixture, but make sure you spit it out afterwards, no swallowing.  I'm coming to your room with herbal tea and chicken soup.

I've been... Busy. My parents insisted on coming over and making a big fuss over me because I'm... Er... Having some problems. I don't think they understand that having this bird cage on my wrist means that they're not supposed to take care of me anymore.

I got out yesterday afternoon.  I’m staying in Spencer’s room until we both get better.  We are taking care of each other, it’s quite funny actually because neither of us can move very well.
