Distance Learning is the second option or alternative way for us to continue our education in my opinion, it is something arduous or exhausting. But on the bright side, it helps us as students to stay at our home to not be one of the affected of the virus. On the contrary, this kind of distance learning harms our health--physically, mentally, and emotionally. You have to force yourself to do all given activities or tasks to be done on time to get higher grades. If, you are too dizzy to do all those tasks right away. As you focused or expose to the screen for an hour and, understanding all information from the lesson and, the radiation from our gadget as well. So, it may lead us to a mental breakdown or burnout since we cannot handle these things anymore. Besides, based on my research there a lot of students who share the same experiences and struggles about distance learning. One of them is Kimberly Deluna a, Junior at Luther Burbank High School that stated, "My online experience is disturbing. Ever since we had no school and stayed home due to quarantine, I have been more busy than usual." Other than that, added by Jesusisis Alvarado, from his experience as a Junior at Luther Burbank High School said, "My online learning experience as a student is kind of stressful, I'm not used to technology." And some people say it is better if online classes, it is good to guide our sons and daughters if they are doing well, while others are struggling in this way of learning as they are not used to it.
