The stutter brought him nerves as his eyes slowly moved away from her. Many thoughts ran through his mind as he listened to her. Luke was letting her continue because of the last time. Before he thought she was kicking him out instead she asked him to stay. Now she was explaining her reason for dinner. At first he didn’t understand why she had a fear of the dark, but then things became clear. It must have had something to do with her parents. Luke didn’t fully understand, but this small quirk of hers didn’t stop his heart from beating any faster. He was taking her on a date, no matter the time or place. “I could take you for breakfast when we wake up tomorrow.” He said in an excited tone and a wide smile. “Nothing is too weird for me Hannah. You went through trauma when you were younger….I understand that you have fears. Those fears aren’t going to stop what I’m feeling for you.” He admitted while taking in a shaky breath.
Hannah beamed, smile stretching from ear to ear. "Breakfast? I...I like breakfast," she said, a blush touching her cheeks. Luke had thrown her for a loop, but it was the best kind, the kind where reality beat your dreams. She shyly dipped her head down before glancing back up at Luke. "What you're feeling for me? W-what do you feel for me?"
