I can’t believe I haven’t drawn a 2016 Ghostbusters homestuck AU yet.

Jade is basically Patty except she’s a maintenance worker at a botanical garden. Jane and Rose’s rolls would probably be switched from who I based them on in the drawing: Jane would be Erin but she’s at a prestigious culinary school and Rose would be Abby but with more irony and dabbling in black magic. Roxy is...Holtzman. No changes.

I might color it at some point but I like how the black and white turned out.

So Day two of @vriskatereziweek is aesthetic and honestly I am a total sucker for the film noir aesthetic. It also suits vrisrezi really well. I guess Vriska is a hard-boiled and machiavellian private investigator. Terezi is an undercover detective for the NYPD. She really enjoys dressing up for the job when she gets to go undercover. Their rivalry is tumultuous and then becomes very red. I just used pencil and pen and iPhoto has a filter called “noir” which I ran it through to up the contrast.

I google imaged “film noir” and found this photo which I used as a reference. I have absolutely no idea what movie it’s from.

It’s still technically Monday here, so I’m posting some Vrisrezi AU stuff for @vriskatereziweek!

That’s Fluorite and Pyrope (again) and their fusion, Azurite!

Fluorite would be a privateer for blue diamond and Pyrope would be...a legislacerator basically. Idk maybe they crash-land on Earth while pursuing each other and learn the power of love from a certain half-human kid. They’re happy and in love now, though they’re both still total badasses obviously. When they fuse, they become Azurite who’s basically a giant scary Amazon.

Not sure I’m a huge fan of how the colors on Azurite turned out, but so it goes.
