As 2024 comes to a close, it’s hard to believe that most of the year was spent pregnant—such a crazy and life-changing experience. This year has been a big shift for me. Moving into next year, I want to focus on building deeper connections. For the past four years, I’ve been in a kind of self-imposed isolation, what some might call a healing journey. I dedicated time to do things I cared about, went to therapy, and did a lot of inner work. Now, I feel ready to step back into the world and start connecting again.
