being so tired that caffeine wont do anything.

update i am on tremfya! had to look on reddit to see why its taking so long to work and apparently it takes the longest out of the biologics 💔

this sucks! finger swelling has gone down a bit but psoriasis is still angry :(

instagram keeps trying to push ads for liquid iv "alternatives" except all of these stupid fucking companies cant comprehend that:

1. liquid iv is 500mg of sodium which is REALLY good when u have pots/dysautonomia

2. the sugar in liquid iv is high so that the sodium and other nutrients are able to absorb better. it has been scientifically proven that electrolytes are much better absorbed with sugar, which is why regular gatorade is high in sugar. also 11g sugar isnt even that much to be honest with u........ its not that bad.

and yet the diet culture notion of "sodium and sugar bad:(" KEEPS showing up in my targeted ads -_-

that moment when u find out you actually ARE severely anemic (on top of severe POTS):

*** they tested my RBC counts. those were normal. however my ferritin counts were LOOWWWWWWWW af. they said its typical for POTS/EDS patients to come up with weird blood work (ie the blood counts look okay but are actually very much not okay). im on infusions now :,-)
