Gwyneth Paltrow essences
She is Ethereal, Classic, Natural, and Ingenue. She's a great example of how extreme yin looks like in the company of other yin. Natural is her only yang, and Classic is intermediary. Truth is Beauty gives the ECN blend the archetypes of "Delicate Prep" and "Elegant Earth Goddess". Our Fashion Garden gives the archetype of "The Clean Girl", which is comfortable, refined, and soft.

Wednesday Wisdom - Women's History Month Edition
To wrap up the "Wednesday Wisdom - Women's History Month Edition" series, I had to select one of my personal idols: Jane Fonda!
Jane Fonda was an incredible actress and activist. In the 1980s, she and her husband at the time, Tom Hayden (yes, of the Chicago 7), launched a political action committee called Committee for Economic Democracy (CED) to support progressive figures and causes.
Following the success of her 1981 "Jane Fonda's Workout Book," Fonda filmed and released a workout video straight to VHS. She was hoping to sell 25,000 copies of her 1982 "Jane Fonda's Workout," instead she sold millions! She had relinquished ownership of the VHS to the CED- so while the CED had a steady cashflow, Fonda didn't make a cent off her video.
The home-workout tape and sequals she released revolutionized the fitness industry and women's lives. It gave women a safe and accessible way to work out, right in their own home. It boosted the sale of VCRs and created a whole new genre of video. Fonda, herself, also opened up an exercise studio and taught classes in the mornings.
To learn more about this incredible woman, check out the heavily used source below:
The Rose Byrne dramedy has even more similarities with Jane Fonda’s aerobics era than you might think.
