sometimes i just wanna die. how did you find this courage to be positive. it’s too hard to me.

i’ve felt the same way many many times. it’s easier to think that way once you get used to it. once i realized how many people felt the same way i did, i decided i wanted to change. it wasn’t easy and not everyone can do it but my main concern has always been everyone else. i’m always here if you need anything and remember that you’re worth it ❤️

As an older person, this COVID-19 pandemic has me down in the dumps. I'm trying to write again, but that's hard also.

I get it. it’s stressful and scary! you could always start with writing about how you feel about all of this just to get into writing. then start from there. stay safe ❤️

I am diagnosed as bipolar personality disorder! I have major dealing issues with people,most of my friends left me,but my family and him are there for me even after suffering a lot with me,i was in psychiatry ward for month and obviously on strong medications! Now i am back home but still have all issues but I don’t want things to get worse and hard for mu family again! Sometimes they also get rude and say words that make me cry because i am not faking, how to be positive then ?

wow, that’s difficult. of course there’s no right or wrong answer. I would suggest being as open and honest with everyone as you can and focus on taking care of yourself!
